I like that they’re packaged separately. Great if I want to take them when I travel. It’s always nice to have probiotics and I think they’re a great addition to my vitamins.

I am giving this F36 Probiotics for Women a try as the product benefits listed are all health items I would like to see improved. I found the capsules to be well packaged. The 30 capsules come in 3 sheets of ten and each capsule can also be torn off that sheet while keeping it secure in its own pouch for when you need one capsule on the go. The 3 sheets are enclosed in another sealed pouch, which also contained an anti-moisture packet.
You have to take one capsule by day right before a meal. I took one a little bit ago with a sip of fresca and I didn’t even notice the capsule go down. There was no aftertaste left in my mouth, and it did not feel heavy on my stomach. So, those are definitely good signs! I cannot report on long-term effects yet, but for now I am happy with this product.

I am a big fan of probiotics. These have worked very well for me. Easy to swallow capsules, that have no after taste. Down side, 30 dollars for a 30 day supply seems a little high in my opinion. Over all pleased with the quality of the product.

Who doesn’t love a good probiotic?
55 billion CFUs in these capsules which contain no artificial colors, no tree nuts, peanuts, artificial flavors or preservatives. Although worth taking note, it may contain traces of milk and or soy. I love that it has the expiration date clearly stamped in the box as well. An added bonus is 75 mg of cranberry and 85 mg of PREbiotics! One a day, taken with food is all you need. With no aftertaste and a cost of about $1 a day, it’s a little on the pricey side but well worth it for better health.
