I feel somewhat better (or my gut does anyway) in the mornings when I remember to take this before bedtime. I do think it’s considerably over priced, it only has 10 strains, 25billion CFU and 30 capsules. I have paid less for 60 capsules that contain 24 strains and a higher CFU count.

Unfortunately, I will not be testing this probiotic for good reason. I don’t think it is safe. Let me tell you why.
I received this product in my metal community mailbox, where it sat for 2 days in the hot Florida direct sunshine. It was in a traditional tan paper Amazon pull tab bag.
Well, if you look at the first manufacturer picture I attached, they say the “cap” doesn’t require refrigeration. Really, the cap? Yet, when you look at the second manufacturer image, the yellow band at the bottom says,” refrigeration suggested”.
I did some extensive research to find the active ingredients, lactobacillus that is described 7 times and bifidobacterium that is described 3 times are live strains of cultures that can die quickly when exposed to high temperatures. This product easily heated to 130° for over 15 hours. And that is the only time I was aware of it’s storage location. Who knows what this bottle went through before it reached me.
Listen, my digestive system has enough issues without worrying about the safety of the probiotic I selected. I cannot recommend this one.

Probiotics are great when things are out of balance, and you know your gut needs help. Personally, I only take them when necessary, and only until I finally get the result I needed. This price for 30 pills looks bad if you expect to take one a day, every day for a month and then repurchase, but the daily cost is not much different from that of certain yogurts. If you have casein sensitivity, this is definitely worth a try. Easy to swallow. No side effects.

I don’t use this everyday. I used it for 5 days when I felt I needed it and I saved the rest for later. It worked great and did exactly what I needed. It is pricey but is worth it.
