I really like these probiotics for women and men, compared to what I was taking. The culture count of this probiotic is exponentially highrt in comparison to what I was taking, and the cost is reasonable. These probiotics for women and men have more ingredients in the probiotic blend, as well, over my last supplement, with these pre and probiotics coming in at 22 probiotic strains. For me, it goes well in my stomach, no pain, discomfort, excess gas, or anything of the like. The scent and taste of these probiotics are neutral, which is nice, and they’re easy to swallow. Wow! This probiotic has 22 Probiotic strains. My previous supplement had only 12 strains. I believe that relating to healthy bacteria in my guts, the saying ‘the more the merrier’ applies. And this is not only in quantity, but more importantly, in quality. This probiotic comes with 60 capsules, which it is plenty for two months of me trying these pre and probiotics that could help with my digestive health and immunity. One way that I stay healthy is by taking a daily probiotic pill. I was using a different product and switched to this one because the price is right.
