These probiotics capsules worked a miracle for my sons severe IBS symptoms and my mother in laws acid reflux & constipation. My son takes two probiotic capsules in the morning. My mother in law takes two probiotics each morning. My son used to miss 2-3 days of work each week due to severe cramps, diarrhea etc. His symptoms were similar to having food poisoning! Now, he only misses 5-6 hours of work for the entire month!! My mother in law (77 years old) has been on Omeprazole for acid reflux for years. Bought this product because both my daughter and I have problems with constipation and have tried fiber even worse. Now I have just eaten this for four days, and I have not had a bowel movement for four days. It is terrible and disgusting. I can only reduce the amount of food. I am very confused. Doesn’t this help constipation? Is anyone same as me?should I stop taking it or stick to it😢

Like every normal person, I sometimes suffer from IBS the constipation edition. Mine however cannot be cured by laxatives. Even my doctor was stumped on my condition. All the medicines he has prescribed did not work. I was at home one afternoon when I got a call from my doctor. He said he was thinking about my condition when he remembered probiotics. He told me to order a bottle of probiotic and give it a try. Determined to put an end to this, I did what I was told. I have not even reached a week yet when I started to let out whatever was in my stomach as I pooped regularly. Here’s hoping that will be the end of my IBS-constipation and the start of my regular bowel movements. My bloating has stopped and my gas was finally gone. My life has started to go back to normal and I now feel the probiotic this time working on providing me with the energy. True enough, I have never gotten sick yet ever since I started using the probiotic.

I have IBS-D and for many years have suffered with ‘flareups’ that usually are triggered by stress. I’m not big on medications and always try to find a natural alternative to heal the body rather than cover up symptoms. This probiotic came up on one of my searches and with all the good reviews, why not take a chance on it? I haven’t been on this probiotic long, around a month but the improvement in my IBS is enough to make me want to continue using this probiotic long term. There are very few days when I can comfortably leave my house and expect to enjoy more than an hour or two away (from the bathroom) and slowly those days are starting to be more and more. I don’t have the cramping, gas, bloating or pains as often now. All I take probiotic every day, in the morning and that’s it. They are small and easy to swallow. I’m really glad I started taking these probiotics and will continue to for however long Amazon has them available.

I used this product when I first started taking a pre/probiotic and I really liked the results. When I ran out, I tried a different brand that was cheaper, but then I noticed I was staying bloated throughout the day. I decided to go back to this product and I instantly saw results. My bloating stays down and I feel much better. It’s worth the extra $! It did it’s job! My stomach was pretty upset before but this brought it back to normal. I have tried many pre/probiotics and nothing has with until now! The quality of this product is definitely superior in my opinion and you can’t beat the price! I’ve been regular with bowel movements after day 1 off taking it. Will definitely be purchasing this again!

My Mother started taking a probiotic that cost $65. I was shocked at how much that product cost. I did research and found this product to have everything necessary to be effective. Almost the same as the product that cost $65. The lowest recommended CFU is 40 billion, and this product has 200 billion CFU (which is more than the one my mom takes)! This product does not have to be refrigerated, which signifies a more inferior quality product. It had more than enough strains (12) that covered the areas I was concerned with. Plus, you only have to take one pill daily, not two to four.
I started taking this, and by the 2nd to 3rd day, my digestive system was very disruptive. I was in the bathroom with diarrhea, bloating, and gas. So much that I was concerned. But….after researching again, this proves that this product is working as it should. It is ridding my body of harmful bacteria. I am 60 years old and have never taken a probiotic before. I needed it, and I knew I needed it. I did not realize how much I needed it. This will be a subscribe and save item. I do not want to miss one day of taking this product.

I started using this probiotic once a day following advice from the registered dietitian I was seeing. Positive results were almost immediate. I’ve seen a difference in bloating and gas in just days.
