I have been taking probiotics for several years now, and I’d like to think that it helps my gut stay healthy.
I ordered these because I was intrigued by all that was included in this single daily capsule and that it is a slow release one on top of that. It is also great for vegans & vegetarians, and it is GMO free. There are 24 billion CFU per capsule. I don’t know what you should have each day, but that is a lot in my mind.
The starter kit comes with a nice reusable glass jar which is easier to get into than a plastic pouch.
I have been taking these for a few days now and I think they are doing its job. It is hard to tell since I haven’t had any issues that it needs to resolve, I do this more to stay healthy.
The only con was that the best by date was only a month out from when I received it. I’m not sure if it is normally that short of a time period, but I would have thought it should have been good longer.
The price isn’t crazy, but I have seen higher CFU at a lower price. But what I like about this is that the strains of CFU are created here and not overseas.

I finished this jar a month ago and this was a great probiotic! Really helped with bloat and I have been experiencing acid reflex the last year this supplement worked. Love the packaging and only one capsule a day. Great for so many reasons this probiotic worked for me!

I am senior citizen, and if there is anything one can say about that, it’s that almost all of us are constipated. That is certainly my lot, and I can say that I have had a long standing issue with it. Before ordering this product, I was taking Activia in the morning and later I would eat a brand muffin. I am always interested in natural remedies, and although this helped my condition, it was by no means perfect. When I tried this product, I was skeptical, but I can report that on the very first day, I had relief, the relief that eluded me forever. This product is organic, has a 30-day supply, and just 1 capsule is required. It’s important to drink plenty of water, but nothing else is contraindicated. The capsules are time released, and act to restore the balance in your gut through the use of probiotics. I am not only free from constipation, but I feel more energetic, and I might also have lost a bit of weight. The product states this as one possibility. I would recommend to try it; you might likr it as much as I did.

I didn’t notice any change in health or digestive system while taking these, so it’s neither positive nor negative. I like the glass jar it came with but seemed interesting it also had a separate package for the pills. I didn’t see a way to order the pills separately to cut down on packaging so a second order has a second glass jar. These were easy to swallow for me and didn’t have any negative taste.

So far, so good! I am new to the whole probiotic thing, but I am on my second month and so far I am not having any complaints.
The pill size is probably average for this type of product…. About the length of your finger tip. It tastes like…. Herbs I guess. LoL or maybe dirt. But as I understand that is a classic “taste”. I have not opened the capsules but you know you can get a sense for now they taste based on how they smell…..
In this kit, the pills came in a little pouch, and the kit had a little glass dispensing jar to keep the moisture out and freshness in. That is definitely appreciated!

My wife has been looking to improve her daily routine by including some supplements so she decided to try a mix of brands and things like electrolytes and of course probiotics, both from Amazon and elsewhere.
She has loved taking these in the morning and has mentioned that it + lemon-lime electrolytes have been the most impactful improvements to her routine, so far! She feels lighter and overall better when taking “Routine” vs. some of the more generic probiotics, so we’re taking it as a win.
She’s going to stick with it as long as it’s working for her and she’s happy with it so far.

The day I got the ROUTINE Daily Probiotics for Women I could not wait to try it but it would be the next day so I could stay on schedule. I wash the glass out and made sure it was dry for the next day so I could put the 30 days supply in it. I like the idea the probiotics came with a glass container so I can see through the glass an order when I need a refill. The top won’t be hard to take off great for people like myself that don’t always have the strength to open medicine bottles. The probiotics had the smell of chocolate but it could just be me. The next day I took it on an empty stomach with orange juice and within a few hours I was off to the restroom. I was surprised because some probiotics don’t do anything for me.

These capsules arrived intact and undamaged. They are small, and I did not have any issues with swallowing them. I also did not have any bad effects after taking them. Starting with the packaging, it is nice, although I feel it is a bit much for the product. The positive side is that the cardboard is recyclable. I do like that the supplements come with a glass jar for storing. A classy touch, and any time I can use glass to store items instead of plastic is a bonus. Based on research, and also my own experience, I believe that probiotics are valuable to good health. So much of the immune system resides in the gut, so it is imperative to keep it in balance. This product comes with several different strains of beneficial bacteria, to support vaginal, immune, and digestive health. One of the benefits the company touts that makes this supplement different than others, is that it has slow release. This is important so that it can reach your intestinal tract alive, for optimal potency. I like that the capsules are pretty small, and I like this product in general.
