I have may of the syptoms it claims to prevent and so far it really has impressed with the price and results good buy. Well its been couple months im loosing weightbstomache feeling better just shows the brands that charge 40 a bottle is exactly that what they pay for advertising i reccomend this from personal experience i take 1 a day with dinner meal

I empty one capsule in my mouth 10 minutes before meals. This assures that plenty of good bacteria will continuously inhabit the mouth and teeth. This does wonders for teeth and gums.
Don’t rinse, just eat the meal in 10 minutes or so. Tastes good too!
Mouth wash kills friendly bacteria.and can create reasons for poor oral hygiene.
All in all this will be my go to Probiotic now and in the near future.

I get medication induced constipation really bad. I purchased other probiotics but they did not seem to be working. I think it was because they did not have a capsule. Ever probiotic I have used with a capsule has worked well. Therefore, I decided to give these ones a go. It is nice you only have to take one per day and they are in a capsule. After I have taken them a little longer I will report back on if they helped with my constipation and IBS.
