I took this supplement hoping to stay regular and that is exactly what happened. I am someone who needs to take a probiotic to stay regular otherwise I have discomfort. I had no digestive issues taking this new supplement which is good because some stuff can give me a hard time. It seems like a good value because you get a decent amount and the numbered strains are good ones. Probiotics that don’t have numbered strains have effects that are harder to measure.

I especially like that these probiotics do not have to be taken with food and one capsule a day is a good amount for me. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects and there are minimal other ingredients to help support my gut, digestion, and immunity. These probiotics are made in the USA, third party lab tested in an FDA registered facility, and GMP, all excellent measures for an exceptional product.

A great way to naturally get things moving. I take probiotics, but wanted to try this since it also contains probiotics as well. The combination of the 2 is supposed to improve your immune system, and restore healthy gut bacteria. Easy to take just 2 pills per day makes this a 1 month supply. Has 40 billion CFU of probiotic bacteria. No odor or aftertaste. Looking forward to seeing the results.

I like adding probiotics to my morning routine. The Spring Way Probiotics are made in the USA, and provide what I was looking for.
They are in capsule form, easy to swallow, and there has been no aftertaste or reflux from them. There is a month supply. I take one a day instead of two, to stretch it out longer.

I had not heard of this brand before, but I liked that they are manufactured in the USA, are 3rd party tested, FDA approved and carry the GMP seal. I also like that they contain both prebiotics and probiotics. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and have no taste or smell. A serving size is 2 capsules, so you get a one-month supply.
I have not had any adverse reaction from them.
Expiration date for the bottle I received is 5/26.
