This probiotic had been good for my digestive health. I gave it 5 stars for “easy to swallow” but I don’t have difficulty swallowing most capsules. These probiotics definitely a great value for the money compared to pharmacies and other stores. I couldn’t grade it on taste, because there is no flavor. I started taking these probiotics about a month ago, and all I can say is that I wish I would have started them sooner. They do settle out the gut by filling your intestines with good bacteria. This probiotic start to work within days. I take it while taking antibiotics, to counteract the digestive tract issues. I just make sure to take probiotic a couple of hours after taking the antibiotic. It works wonders!
