I’ve been taking these supplements on and off for over a month now and I’m very pleased with the effects. I missed a few days due to two hurricanes in a row here in south Florida. I can honestly say I missed taking them during those days. Although I can’t speak to the efficacy of this as a body cleanse due to taking these inconsistently, I can definitely say these work well for moving bowels. I take FiberCon to help with regularity, but typically take twice the dosage. I only need one of these, which is the prescribed dose. There are absolutely no side effects which means zero cramping or discomfort. After a week, I felt I’d reached a plateau with these so I took two. Big mistake. Let’s just say I did not leave the house the following day. These Pro Puravive pills surely pack a punch. I received these through Amazon Vine at a discounted cost in exchange for my review, but not only do I think the full price is fair, I’ll be purchasing this on rotation (Subscribe and Save. I have lost a few lbs since taking these, but I’ll be actively counting carbs and eliminating sugar in order to lose 10lbs. I’m excited to see how these pills will work in conjunction with those changes. Will def update my review with any remarkable weight loss.

Don’t leave bad taste in your mouth and are easy to swallow. Have been using them for two weeks and have noticed slight changes on how I feel. I also have cut back on junk food and have been eating cleaner food and watching my diet. Overall product arrives fresh, and it’s easy to swallow.

This bottle of cleansing pills is easy to take (one a day for me, at least), and definitely helps keep things moving along. I’m not using these for weight loss, but rather for the laxative properties that often come along with these supplements. I’ve found some nice changes in regularity after taking these for only a couple weeks. Frankly, the effects were evident after only a few days.
The pills are an easy size to swallow, and don’t leave any odd taste. Altogether, this is a nice option for my health at the moment. I look forward to seeing this bottle through!

I’ve been using the Pro Puravive Slim Cleanse for over a week now, I have noticed that it speeds up digestion and elimination. I am healthy and active and am taking this supplement to continue to strengthen my metabolism. However, initially my body and head haven’t responded as well to this formula as others I’ve tried. Usually, when I take gentle full-body detox I will notice results within a days. This is fairly mild and I have noticed some results around day 3 or so. However, when I take it I will often get a headache from the formula. I do not think this is a detox effect, I think I am not responding well to perhaps the zinc and the larger compilation of herbs. Overall, I’m uncertain if I would reorder but does seem to be mildly effective. I will update if my opinion changes.

I’m 100% certain there’s caffeine in this, because halfway through the ingredient list in the proprietary blend, it says it has green coffee beans extract. I missed it before, but I’m watching my caffeine intake, so now I’m not sure I can use this.
