Before taking this I would get mouth sores a lot. Now I rarely do and when I get a canker sore it doesn’t get bad and goes away quickly.
These bottles came triple sealed. Highly recommend!

This is an okay L-Lysine supplement, and it’s easy to take. It’s hard to notice a huge difference but it seems decent.

I’ve been using L-Lysine daily for the many wellness benefits. I know that along with supporting my health, it’s been shown to help with uncomfortable outbreaks I’ve had from time to time on my lips and gums. I like that with a total of 360 capsules within 3 bottles of 120 each, I have a 6 months supply. I am taking as suggested, 2 easy to swallow capsules a day with a full glass of water which provides 1,000 mg of lysine hydrochloride. What is important and gives me added confidence with this product and brand Pristine’s is that they use premium ingredients, their products are manufactured here in the USA in a GMP certified facility and is 3rd party lab tested for quality, purity and potency. If like me you want the benefits that L-Lysine can provide, then look no further and give this premium L-Lysine supplement a go.

I like the supplement, but I have a hard time swallowing the capsules, even one at a time. They tend to stick in your throat. I am a person who usually has no problem swallowing pills, so that may be an issue for people who do have problems.

Although this is my first product from this company & have only just began to take it, I’m giving it 5 stars based on visits/reading the materials and reviews on their company website. If all that’s presented is accurate, then this line of product is of very good quality. It seems each item is tested thoroughly and you can read the lab results. It is made at a California verified GMP facility but from materials sourced elsewhere so I wasn’t able to find ingredient origins.
One aspect that pleases me is that the ‘Other Ingredients’ listed (beyond the L-Lysine Hydrochloride itself) are fully explained as to why they are included. My doctor has always emphasized looking at labels to eliminate those vitamins, supplements that are just loaded with fillers. This doesn’t seem to be the case with this product so, another reason I’ve given it 5 stars. I checked with my doctor prior to beginning to take this supplement to make sure nothing would affect the medications I already take and I heartily recommend people to always do that no matter what supplement you are considering. Personally, I was looking for something that would help with calcium absorption & collagen production as I age.

I’ve used L-Lysine for some time for the purported benefits, and decided to give this a try as I trust this brand and it appears to be a tremendous value for a half year supply. It comes int a three pack, with the outer and inner protection seals intact. Three key things I look for in a supplement personally: 1) country of origin, made in the USA preferred which this is, 2) made in a GMP certified facility and published independent third party testing results. Check, check and check. If you are looking to try L-Lysine this is a quality supplement from a quality company and for a few dollars a month is an incredible value.

With supplements it’s hard to say exactly all the effects they’re having on you, so I can’t evaluate every claim the manufacturer makes, but these do have a pronounced sedating effect. I tend to have a low tolerance, so your results will more than likely vary, but, I can only take these at night because they knock me out.
They’re packaged and sealed well and claim to be manufactured in the USA. Overall they seem like a great product if you’re looking to incorporate L Lysine into your routine.
