These PRISTINE’S creatine monohydrate capsules work perfectly fine, but the dose is smaller than a typical maintenance dose. Most products have a serving size of 5g versus the 3g in this. I’ve also seen 3g as a dose, but 5g is the standard. The 75 day supply is a little inflated if you’re going to aim for 5g, but the current price of $20 for 75 days of creatine capsules is pretty reasonable.
I’ve pretty much stopped taking powdered creatine since it’s such a pain. It usually turns out gritty in water no matter the brand and how well I mix it. I’m much more consistent in taking it if I have a capsule or gummy form available.

I’ve been taking the recommended daily amount for 4 weeks now and have noticed improvements.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Pristine’s put their lab tests online, and I think more companies should do that! I’ve reviewed dozens of supplements, and it occurred to me that anyone can make claims about their supplements, but very few actually prove it. Let’s make this the new standard! For the product, you get a 75 day supply for $19.99 (note that the serving is 3g unlike some other products that are 5g). I think capsules can be a more convenient way to take creatine when you aren’t in a position to mix powders, and I’d recommend this product for that purpose.

Pristine’s Creatine Capsules, made by a newer company, are produced by an NSF-certified, GMP-compliant manufacturer, ensuring quality and safety. The product offers 3 grams of creatine per 4-capsule dose, with 300 capsules per bottle, providing a 75-day supply. The company is transparent, showing detailed founder information and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for their products. Non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free, this supplement is a solid choice for reliable, high-quality creatine, all at a terrific price.

PRISTINE’S Creatine Monohydrate capsules offer a straightforward approach to muscle growth and performance enhancement. The 3000MG dose per serving aligns well with research suggesting that creatine can improve strength, increase muscle mass, and support cognitive function. Studies have shown that creatine supplementation can aid in recovery and enhance athletic performance by increasing ATP production in the body. While I have not noticed significant effects yet, this might be due to the relatively short time I have been using the product. The capsules are easy to take, and there is no noticeable bloat, which is a plus. Overall, it seems like a solid option if you are looking to incorporate creatine into your regimen, but more time is needed to see its full benefits.

I’ve been taking 4 capsules daily, and while the results aren’t always immediately noticeable, I do think it has some solid benefits. Taking creatine is pretty common in the fitness world, and it’s touted for its ability to help with muscle growth and athletic performance. In my case, I started taking it to see if it could give me that extra edge during workouts and help with recovery times.
One of the things I like about this supplement is that it’s straightforward—just creatine monohydrate in a capsule form, making it easy to take without having to mix powders. I’ve noticed that my recovery times seem a bit quicker. After really intense workouts, my muscles don’t feel as sore, and I feel like I can get back to training sooner. That’s a big deal because consistency is key when it comes to fitness, and anything that helps maintain that is a win in my book.
In terms of performance, I’ve felt a slight increase in my endurance and strength. It’s not a night-and-day difference, but over time, I do think it’s made a little bit of a difference. For example, I’ve been able to push a little harder during my sets, and my stamina during cardio sessions has improved somewhat. Again, these changes are gradual and might be more pronounced for some people depending on their workout intensity and overall health.
Another interesting aspect of creatine is its cognitive benefits. I’ve read that it can help with mental clarity and focus, and while I’m not sure if it’s just a placebo effect, I do feel like my concentration has been better. This could be useful not just for athletes but for anyone needing a bit of mental sharpness, whether for work or study.
It’s also worth mentioning the potential long-term health benefits. Some studies suggest creatine might help combat age-related muscle decline and support overall cognitive function as you get older. I haven’t been taking it long enough to comment on these benefits personally, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re considering it for long-term use.
Now, supplements like this often take time to show their full effects, and it’s not always easy to pinpoint exactly what’s working. Sometimes the benefits are very subtle, and sometimes they might not be noticeable at all, but that doesn’t mean they’re not there. For anyone on the fence, I’d recommend giving it a try and seeing how your body responds over a couple of months. Everyone’s different, and what works for one person might not work for another. One bottle lasts 75 days.
Overall, I think PRISTINE’s Creatine Monohydrate is a solid supplement. It’s easy to take, seems to help with recovery and performance, and has some interesting potential benefits for both physical and cognitive health. If you’re looking for something to support your workouts and maybe even give your brain a little boost, it’s worth a shot. Just be patient and give it some time to see how it works for you. Also, consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable.
