I wanted to try a traditional type of asian medicine so I ordered Ultra Ginkgo Plus. It definately perked me up but the flavor kept me from ordering again. It works as advertised but the taste was not something I could get used to. So it falls into the “I tried it” category but to no fault of the product – I will not be ordering again. If you want a brain boost this did seem to work. I am now using Ginko gel caps and Focus Factor + vit B complex. Seems to work as well but you don’t get the old school charm of a vial of vile tasting asian stuff! There is a mistique about this stuff that is kind of cool. Try it – you might like it.

These little bottles definitely have a noticeable effect on my memory and energy levels. I take one every day, M-F when at work. I haven’t experienced any decay in effect like the other reviewer posted.
They do taste pretty bad though, but the taste doesn’t linger in your mouth after a drink of water. For the price, they’re worth it.

Excellent product! I’ve been using this for years. It truly does help with memory and sharpness. You do have to be consistent and take a daily for it to work. The taste is acquired, but the trade-off is worth it. It reminds me of black licorice. It seems to improve my energy level as well as my focus. If you’re thinking about it, go for it!

Luckily, I only had two bottles that arrived broken. As third shift is starting to wear on me, having this makes it a bit easier to last my shift. The taste is a bit bracing, but I have twisted taste buds and rather like the flavor. Even though I did not keep the box, and may have thrown away whatever white pokey thing, the straw works just as easily. I do recommend poking two holes to avoid suction from lack of air flow though.

It keeps me alert……works right away……it feels like natural energy no shaky feeling…….though you got to get use to the taste, it can be awful but totally worth it……… also for first time users it might give you a head ache the first shot just take pain killers lol…..still deserves 5 stars because it works wonder after you surpass the head ache.

I use this as a brain boost for studying and writing. It tastes like tangy molasses but is meant to be slurped up quickly (like doing a shot) except you do it through a tiny straw. Simple to use. Just remove the cap and push the tiny straw through the protective membrane. I aim the end of the tiny straw to the back of my tongue and slurp it up as quickly as possible. You won’t get a burst of energy from this as you would from a caffeine shot, but you do get more mental clarity, alertness, and stamina without the crash.

The vials come with a straw and the box has little tabs to poke through the foil seal to insert the straw. It doesn’t taste delicious, very bitter, but it is sweetened a bit. After about 10 of these, I’ve grown to like the taste of it oddly enough.
I have noticed more energy, and particularly improvement in concentration. I took one of these about 45 minutes before I had an interview, and I was able to think clearly and concentrate. I’ve also taken them for studying, and it helps too. The glass bottles are very strong, so it’s easy to throw a few of these in your bag and take to work, school, meetings, etc.
