And my hair too ! MSM to me is number 2 on my list for skin love. Number 1 would be collagen but they actually as you might suspect work very well together. Same story for joints. And they both require pretty big dosages. For my MSM I like 3 grams. But if I had a skin condition I would certainly bump that up to 5 grams if not more. After a few months most people (may) can see a difference with improved skin health like I did. Some report breast enhancement although I never did. Its not very expensive IMO and does not have any sides that I am aware of even in some of the larger doses. I have been using it (MSM) almost 10 years plus and love it just as much today as I did back then. Now this does not appear to be third party ‘lab’ tested but I rarely see that In MSM. This does state it is third party tested though, but by who and what that entails is not known. These are in tablet form and they are big but the same big the other brands are in tablet form. With my normal brand it’s in capsule form but I am used to this size tablet too. If that is an issue for you please see my pic so you have an idea. I never notice anything bad with MSM. After 3 to 4 months you may see results in the mirror or feel it in your joints. This is nice this is a three month supply IMO. I have noticed with MSM usually the bigger the tablet/capsule count the better deal you get pricewise. Do notice an FDA approved facility is used with this MSM. Good Luck and Hope this was Helpful.

I take a few rx drugs and supplements so I’m not too afraid of a big pill. However, this a chalky hard to swallow ginormous pill. And they don’t do refunds.

I’ve been taking MSM for a couple years for joint issues. It does seem to work if I take it regularly, but that seems to be a challenge for me, lol. I thought I would try this brand since it came up on Amazon. I don’t usually have any problems swallowing pills, but I have had problems with this one. I compared it to my old brand and they are just a bit longer. Apparently, that tiny bit of extra size has made them too much for me so I’ll stick with my old brand, but I can’t fault them for the product. It’s still a good formula.

For the supplement, there is plenty of papers you can read for research done.
The pills are basically tasteless but somewhat hard to swallow. Although if that is an issue you can simply do one at a time.
No complaints and would recommend this to others depending on ongoing deals and prices – check your dosage vs price and pills per serving. Sometimes a lower price isn’t necessarily more economical.

Primaforce MSM tablets are a good option for anyone looking for a simple, well-priced MSM supplement. The capsules are on the larger side, but I found them easy to swallow. While it’s difficult to say for sure if the MSM is directly responsible, I’ve noticed an improvement in my workout performance and recovery time in recent weeks, which I largely attribute to the MSM.

– Tablets are easy to swallow
– No odd aftertaste or ill effects
– Price/Value is very good
I haven’t had any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.
