Primaforce is a well known company for making performance and health supplements affordable and of quality manufacturing. The current DIM Supplement is made for men to help balance hormone levels that might have become unstable due to age, medicine, etc. The dosage is basically what most doctors and nutrition specialists recommend according to WebMd and its a two month supply at a good price. I try and limit my supplements each week and really hadn’t realized that a DIM dose would make such a difference; I have lost 4 pounds in two weeks, feel energized, and that’s just with the one pill daily.

My Naturopath has me taking DIM supplements to balance my hormone levels and we’ve had pretty good luck. This is a slightly higher dose than what I’ve been taking but within the window, so no problems.
Made in the USA and GMP compliant, so I’m pleased to give this brand a try. So far, so good and lower priced than my previous brand. Bonus!

Started taking this product because of high estrogen levels. After my most recent doctors appointment, my levels have started dropping. I’ll continue to use this.

I was directed to take this to bring my estrogen down but can’t speak for the efficacy of this supplement because it gave me debilitating headaches (I already have migraines) and caused severe night sweats and vomiting in the middle of the night. I can’t ride this out long enough to see any benefit.

This is a compound made from cruciferous vegetables and has many of their health-beneficial properties.
I am a male who is taking it for any potential prostate health benefits.
It takes time for any natural supplement to start working and making noticeable results in the body.
Don’t give up and keep taking them as directed.
The best time to get test results checked is after a couple of months, to compare with your test results from before taking it to see what differences it has made.

On its own, this doesn’t do a whole ton for me, but when it’s combined with other things like Horny Goat Weed, eurycoma longifolia, tribulus terrestris, and other stich herbs, it can pack a real punch. I can tell a difference when I take those without DIM and when I take it with it. From my research, I’ve learned it’s usually best to use DIM in moderation, and not as a daily thing, so it’s only going to be something I add in periodically. Overall, it delivers what it claims, so it’s top marks from me.

This seems to be a good quality DIM so far.
– Capsules are easy to swallow
– No odd aftertaste or ill effects
– Price/Value is very good
– Claims GMP stamp and 3rd party lab tested (however I haven’t seen the COA yet)
I haven’t had any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.

This bottle is shipped sealed. Once opened, the capsules are nice and easy to swallow. I have had no problems taking these and have not experienced any problems while taking them.
