I often have moderate to severe GERD and I’ve tried just about everything to help me with heartburn, indigestion, gas and bloating. These are definitely the best tablets for MY issues. I will probably have to take them the rest of my life, but it’s a small price to pay for relief. They do take about a week to be effective, but once you start and remain consistent each day, you shouldn’t have any issues. I love that these are small and easy to swallow. Also, i can take them along with a few other vitamins that I take without interaction issues. As long as I have these, my issues are very minimal – most days I can eat whatever I want and not have to worry about being miserable for the rest of the day.
