I use these for my hemorrhoid irritations, keeping cleaner is a necessity for me. I have tried store brands and experienced burning sensation and package leaking. These have improved over pre-2021 batches which were too dry and required adding water. It is sometimes very difficult to find the ends of the individual sheets to pull them out of the package without pulling a pile of them, but I haven’t seen any other affordable ones (same price per sheet or lower) that do any better. I’ve been using these again since I seen them back in stock after the Pandemic supply issues, for >6mos. and they do the job perfectly.

These work really well, they have made a difference in my comfort. I feel clean after using them. I do not flush them, they go into the trash. The packaging is terrible, though… I have to dig hard at the package to free one wipe, and sometimes they tear. They are so jammed together and folded oddly that I often end up with two or three.
