I like the Shilajit dry drop because they are a small tablet and one a day. It has the Fulvic Acid & Trace Minerals you can get for various needs.
I’ve been taking them everyday and I do feel the supplement works. We can’t get all of the trace minerals or fulvic acid from our food sources completely, so this helps a lot.

I would rather take this single, easy-to-swallow pill rather than the traditional way of mixing it in with tea or something else. This is SO much easier. And with 150 pills, you have enough for several MONTHS!

I read about the so called benefits of taking Shilajet, which seems to be one of the latest trends in supplements. I have taken it in the past but with the thick spoonable consistency out of a jar, and I find it bitter an utterly foul tasting. I also worry about what exactly I have taken as the exact ingredients seem quite vague.
What I do appreciate about these is that they are dry drops and very easy to swallow plus take with you to work or on the go. You can avoid the unpleasantness of the other ‘liquid’ version and just throw these back. I didn’t experience any bad aftertaste so that’s a huge plus…trust me.
Unfortunately after taking these over the last few months I honestly don’t think they have had any effect on me at all that I can say. Not saying this is a bad product, but just not a benefit to me. Maybe others will have better results.
