Since my 50’s, I have found it is harder to sleep well and have episodic insomia. When I take a chelated magnesium, i find I sleep more soundly and wake up feeling better rested. I have tried this Magnesium glycinate product for 2 nights and so far it has been effective at keeping me asleep through the night.
The capsules are easy to swallow and taking 3 capsules a night will last me 30 days with this bottle of 90 capsules, making it more expensive than some similar products I have tried on Amazon. I do appreciate that this product is a very trusted, high-quality brand made in a cGMP facility. My only complaint is that I wish they had put MORE magnesium per capsule so that I only had to take one at night!

I’m a big proponent of magnesium glycinate before bed, it really has made a dramatic difference in my quality of sleep. This was a first time with this brand and they didn’t disappoint. Holds up against some other top brands I’ve used. Price is more than fair for the quality and count. It appears to have no fillers. I’ll likely buy these again.

It’s a super magnesium glycinate product. You take 3 capsules that are okay for swallowing but still wish it wasn’t 3. Maybe 2 would be better. The expiration is 2/1/2028.
It’s rare to get a supplement that’s everything you’d hope it would be & then some.

We are used to taking supplements that provide 400mg of magnesium per dose (usually 1-2 gummies or capsules), but you have to take 3 of these capsules to only get 210mg. If I had realized this I would have looked for something different. Still, these look like a quality supplement and the capsules are a reasonable size, not huge like we are used to taking. If 210mg is enough for you, and you don’t mind taking 3 capsules to get it, then this wouldn’t be a bad choice. Just not enough for us.
