This Inflammacidin by Premier Research Labs is great for digestive health. It is 3 capsules per serving which is a lot, most other digestive supplements are one capsule. It has great ingredients and the company is trustworthy.

My doctor has been pushing that it is really important to take enzymes when I take my other supplements. This is a reputable brand, has good ingredients, and I have had no adverse side effects from taking these.

90 pills come in the the bottle. I only take 1 pill a day so this will last 3 months.
Yes, it’s a little pricey but I think it’s worth it. When it comes to GI tract health, I’ll do what I can to maintain it.

I am always open to alternative or additional ways to aid healthy digestion and gut health. I add healthy items and ingredients to my meals, but sometimes it’s nice to get some backup choices to avoid a “backup”.
This product has beneficial items that are found in foods that are taken in easy to swallow cellulose capsule that don’t have a weird smell or taste to them. The only drawback is the daily dosage is 3 capsules. If you already take several supplements and medications, three more can be alot.
To try these, I stopped taking some other supplements and drinks that I take and just added these to my daily routine. I did notice a continuation of comfortable gut health, so I know these capsules didn’t disrupt how my body functions.
The biggest point to consider is the cost. It is pricier than other options I use, so I would have to think about the extra cost. If other products were unavailable to me, this would be on my list.
