I have been taking colostrum for many many years after my MD suggested it. If you have a chronic illness and your body gets revved up with it, colostrum can really work to calm your system. It makes my gut feel soothed and just calms any reactions. This is no different from any I’ve used in that you don’t want to try to dissolve it in a cold liquid. Use room temperature or warm. I just pour a little out of a water bottle and pour it in and shake it and then drink. I don’t mind the flavor. I don’t really notice it. I like that this is grass fed. The cost is a little on the high end but coming from grass fed animals helps to justify it. I just wish there were a little more product in there for those of us who take it regularly. This can really heal your gut and I understand it is wonderful for leaky gut. It’s worth trying just to see if you notice your stomach improving. Give it a few months.

This colostrum is helpful an immune boost, energy support and increase stamina. I find it helps boost my energy levels and minimizes a lot of the recovery pain from my muscles. It doesn’t have much of a taste and can be taken with water, but it has no flavor when you add it to a smoothie or a protein shake. They recommend taking it twice a day so it is a 2-month supply. That is great for trying out the product to see if it works for you as most supplements need 30+ days to see their effectiveness. This is a fine powder. Mixed okay with my protein shake. Sometimes a little lumpy but not bad. There’s no flavor to it which is nice. I don’t notice it in my drinks. I have a pretty sensitive stomach and this hasn’t caused me any issues. It does need to be refrigerated after opening so traveling with it would be harder. Only issue I have is there’s no scoop. At this price point I’d expect one just for convenience.
