I’ve used these Premier Pro High Protein drinks for many years now (along with protein drinks by other manufacturers). I find them especially convenient for a protein infusion right after working out. They’re just the right size with as much protein as a body can digest in a single sitting. Perfect for feeding muscle growth.
The vanilla taste is subtle, not overwhelming. There’s a bit of a chalky aftertaste (tastes like you’re chewing on a little of the box) too but it isn’t off-putting for me. (It bothers my teenage son more.) I appreciate the variety of flavors Premier offers. Nice break from the more common chocolate flavor you find in these single serving shakes. All in all, a good shake at a reasonable price. Recommended.
