I recently ordered this preworkout and it is farily decent. I use in it the evening as it is stim free. I am not a fan of creatine hcl as I like creatine monohydrate seperate from my pre workout but just drink a lot of water with it.

I have been using this pre workout for a couple weeks now and have noticed a big difference in the lack of lactic acid build up in my legs while cycling and doing squats allowing me to exercise longer. The powder mixes good with water so there is nothing floating on top. The only complaint I have is the taste is very sour, however with enough water it’s not bad. Since the formula is stimulant free I don’t get jitters or have problems falling asleep I will definitely be buying more when it runs out.

The taste: The taste is pleasant enough and the powder mixes well, so there is limited grit or clumps. Easy to chug.
Does it work: With the disclaimer that this is a subjective assessment, I would say it gave me more endurance compared to the pre-workout powder I have been using. What is behind this is hard to say, but this powder does have more of the “L” amino acids: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, and L-tyrosine. The lack of caffeine was not noticeable; In fact it allows me to take this later in the day. The overall effect, for me, is on the upper end of pre-workout powders I have tried.
The price: These powders are certainly not cheap, but this one is priced in line with many others.
Other considerations: Unlike with some pre-workouts, Pre-JYM has creatine. No problem for me, since I am already supplementing with creatine, but beware of its inclusion if you are not using it and don’t plan to use it.

I tried the product to potential boost my energy during my weight training workouts. As indicated in the instructions, I tried a half-dose the first time. Unfortunately, I could feel a tingling sensation in my face about 10 minutes after drinking about half of the serving. It was not painful or alarming, just noticeable and a bit uncomfortable. I did feel pretty good during my workout but don’t think I will be able to continue using the product do to the flushing, tingling feeling I get in my face when I drink it. I gave it 4 starts because I think it might work for others who don’t get that reaction. I guess I’m just one of the unlucky ones who reacts to the ingredients as stated in the warning on the package.
