I’ve been using the Pre de Provence argan hand cream and loving it, but the orange scent was a bit overpowering. I decided to try this unscented hand cream from Pre de Provence. The texture of the two hand creams is completely different. The argan hand cream is creamy, and this unscented hand cream has a consistency like petroleum jelly (it’s actually 100% shea butter).
As a moisturizer, it works well, but it is slow to absorb into my skin, which is an issue with my desk job. I don’t want to touch anything while my hands are “greasy.” I find myself wiping off the extra moisturizer. If I put on less moisturizer, then I can’t massage the moisturizer over my entire hands. Overall, it’s an effective moisturizer, but I’ll go back to the argan hand cream because it’s easier to use.

I love this stuff. I have really dry hands and this is a great moisturizer for them. I love that it is fragrance free. I really can’t stand fragrance and this doesn’t smell at all.

I purchased this a year ago in an airport as I was desperate for a good hand moisturizer. As a nurse living in a cold climate it quickly proved to be the best moisturizer I have ever purchased. With winter approaching I purchased 6 more tubes to get me through the winter. A little bit of this stuff goes a long way.

Not entirely sure this is 100% Shea butter, since reading online 100% shea is more of a solid and has a nutty smell. Regardless, they have figured out to add a lovely scent and make the product an ointment like consistency. Just a dab provides rich emollient and moisture protection where needed. There is no added urea like some other creams you get for the foot. Awesome price especially when subscribed.

As a golfer, I have a lot of Sun damage on my arms and legs and when I use this product my skins feels wonderful. I buy (4) tubes at a time and I always have one at my work station, golf bag, auto & home. I just wished they made a bigger Tube but a little drop goes a long way.

This shea butter is AMAZING. You may think that one brand is the same as another? But I’ve tried a couple other ones, and found they get grainy over time. This tube delivers rich, thick, creamy shea butter as you need it. The only thing is that you need to keep it at room temperature (or warm it up to that) before it will extrude easily from the tube.
I put this butter on my nails EVERY night before bed. I’ve had split nails for easily TEN years. Since removing my gel polish (for good, sadly!), keeping my nails trimmed, lightly buffed and moisturized with this rich cream, I have CURED those split nails. it took a good 2.5 months of daily attention, but seriously, I had just 3 nails that ruined many clothes and drove me NUTS with their never-ending split. Since I am over 60, I figure this is part age-related, but also I live in a very dry area.
Best thing you can do to fix split nails permanently is (rule out the fungus component) treat them to an emolient like this every single time you wash your hands. It takes dedication for a good couple of months, but now I am in maintenance mode – LOVING my utterly snag-free nails. I definitely recommend this Pre de Provence shea butter as part of my daily ritual for healthy nails. I even smooth it on my hair ends to keep them from fly-away.

Everyone in my household uses this shea butter on a regular basis. I use it for my eczema on my lips and skin and my husband keeps some at work for dry hands with repeated hand washing. I love that I can use this on my kid’s skin without worry about extra chemicals or scents or filler.
There is no scent with this product, and it absorbs quickly while leaving behind a nice moisturizing layer that isn’t greasy or bothersome.
I’ve kept this in my diaper bag for the baby, my purse, the bathroom – we usually have a couple around the house.
Overall, I really like this moisturizer for a go-to serious need moisturizer. Winter-time dry hands or cracked knuckles from repeated handwashing are both no issue for this shea butter.

This is the best foot cream out there. After buying several less expensive, I found myself coming back to this brand. I am not even done with the one I have and have already bought a backup. I never want to go without again!! Worth the money.

This makes my skin so soft. It is a bit greasy for the first few moments but then melts in to my skin. I live in Florida so the humidity does a number on my hair. With the light excess shea butter on my hands, I lightly run my fingers through my hair. It helps with the friz! The scent is very light and pleasant. Works great on feet and works even better if you wear socks after applying for a few hours. A little goes a long way but I wish this was sold in a bigger size.

this was horrible!!! It smelled and felt like pure grease on my hands!! I threw it out. Perhaps I got a bad tube because I love their lavender hand cream as well as use their aragon oil one…which is nice but not great although I still use it. This one was just gross in every sense!!!
