    Great aroma in a long lasting bath sized soap bar. Just lovely!

    I believe this was the bar with the highly abrasive little specks in it. Most might find it rather harsh or coarse to use as a bath soap, but we find it ideal for removing layers of sunblock, bug spray, etc. Takes a bit of getting used to and may leave you skin a bit tender. But now I wish we’d taken it on our travels to the tropics to get a real scrubbing–regular mild soap will not do it!

    I love the honey scent of this soap and the exfoliating almond shell in it. High quality product. It’s more expensive than other pre de provence soaps but worth it.

    Absolutely the best soap I have used. I have very dry, sensitive skin. This soap leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized. There are many great scents I love. I even use this on my face. I purchased a large bar for all the women on my Christmas list.

    It is great but the price was high for the product. I loved the fact that it was able to clean my face because of the roughness of the texture. I would say great for blackheads!

    I think I previously wrote a review of this particular soap, but just in case, people it is fabulous. The scent is amazing, there is lots of latter, the size of the bar makes you feel you received your money’s worth and it is just an all around great soap. My skin is moist and soft after using it and did I mention it makes you smell good too! Great soap, a staple on my list. I will be restocking soon.

    this is the second bar of soap I’ve ordered from this company “Pre de Provence” (the first was the sage scent).

    once again, impressed with this soap which lightly exfoliates the skin, leaving a nice scent behind.

    very large bar of soap, will last a long time in your shower.

    try their other soaps as well, they have many different type of scents.

    French milled soap is famous and almost a necessity for someone with sensitive skin. I could not find French milled soap anywhere between San Francisco and San Jose so I tried Amazon. The soap was shipped and received on schedule (2nd day), and the product is amazing. It has a pleasant but not overpowering fragrance. It cleanses thoroughly yet gently (almost sensually). I selected this particular “flavor” for the shea butter but I am actually happier with the honey ingredient. It lathers well yet doesn’t “evaporate” under running water. Although it may seem pricey, but – as mentioned – it lasts a long time so the per diem cost is less than the less expensive soaps. I hgihly recommend this soap. I highly recommend Amazon – especially since I don’t have to remember to bring my own shopping bag if I had bought it at a local store. (Californians know what I am talking about.)
