Creatine, used for pump, endurance, and lately in nootropic supps is Not great for gout sufferers ( sorry hubby)
I prefer this form to the non ” bulk” one..
I find aminos best on empty belly bc food aminos can compete…
As always, i prefer stix to tubs..

First, the size of the tub was very surprising. I have tried many loaded preworkouts from the 7g per serving to the prekaged and similar ones and this is by far the biggest tub. It’s not to say it’s a bad thing but the serving size is 22g. I do like that it includes 325mg of caffeine since that’s my sweet spot but it may be too much for some. The label marketing says it’s a testosterone pre but a look at the ingredients doesn’t really have any test boosting ingredients. One of the few best things about this product is that it contains all the clinical doses of a good handful of ingredients such as creatine, B-Alanine and betaine. The biggest drawback is the price. It’s much more expensive than prekaged and the one by cellucor and I consider those top tier so when you add this to the mix, it seems sub par. By itself it’s not a bad pre and something I would recommend only if you’re not a fan of the two brands i mentioned above

I use drink mixes more for hydration than workout, which I understand skews my reviews. It means I care more about flavor (will I actually drink this?) than function.
This is a vat of pre-workout with a rather nice blue raspberry flavor.
Mixed as directed, I get a faux sugar flavor that lingers longer than I’d like. That’s enough to not make it my go-to for boosted hydration.
However, it’s loaded with All The Things to help boost you for your workout. Caffeine, Vitamin D, three types of Vitamin B in excessive amounts, and a load of other stuff. This packs a punch that may be worth the aftertaste for those so inclined.

I used the bulk and cuts product years ago and loved them. The original formulas were top notch, comparable to pump fuel insanity and a handful of others. This product is basically C4 for double the price. You get more energy from a cup of coffee. Half of the advertised ingredients are missing and it definitely feels underdosed. I’ve tried every major brand of pwo on the market for the last decade and this is one of the most unimpressive. Save your money.

This product is a for sure get. It definitely does exactly what it states. I’m highly looking forward to ordering more. I use it for my pre-workout and I absolutely LOVE this. Just a FYI, make sure you read the directions on amount of intake. This stuff is powerful. So, please be careful.

I’ve never been a PWO kind of person so figured I’d try this. With that said, it tastes good, dissolves easy (but have to re-shake if you take too long) and with a whopping caffeine equivalent of 3 to 3.5 cups of coffee, you can skip your morning joe before your workouts. Now, I happen to like coffee so I’ve had to skip on it on days I take this before my morning workout. It has a healthy 5g of creatine, so if you’re looking for that, you’ve found it here.
I like the B vitamins in it because they help with recovery, and the caffeine definitely gets me going. I’m not a weight lifter but rather an cyclist and runner – my 4:30am bike rides have seemed a bit easier with this, but I have to be conscious to skip the B12 and D3 supplements I normally take on days I take this. And to not have coffee, since this contains 150mg of caffeine more than I would normally consume. Yes, I can cut down on the amount of powder, which I might try.
It seems a bit expensive when compared to competitors products, but the quality is there. If you can afford it, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

This is a high-caffeine (325 mg. per serving) drink with a lot of other solid ingredients, including creatine monohydrate, ashwagandha root extract, and beta-alanine. I noticed a slight flushing effect from the product (probably from the beta-alinine), and the high caffeine content is also noticeable. The flavor (blue razz) was one of the better tasting pre-workouts I have tried. The product is made in the United States.
