I wanted to try this pre workout because it looked like it had a pretty nice stack of ingredients but also because it contains GABA. I have been taking GABA for awhile now and love the supplement for sleep mainly but I also know it can increase human growth hormone for better athletic recovery. Generally I take 500mg of GABA and it helps fall asleep faster. This pre workout contains 1000mg of GABA which I didn’t know how it would make me feel with all the stimulants that are also in this formula.
This pre workout has a tasty tangy sweet and fruity flavor that does taste like a fruit punch. It mixes and dissolves completely in water with no sediment but foams up like crazy when shook in a shaker bottle.
I did notice a somewhat calming sensation at the same time as an increase in heartrate but also felt like I had a powerful kick of energy. Definitely works for a great workout!

I haven’t noticed any issues with this pre-workout, other than the fact that it doesn’t make me itchy after I drink it, which isn’t an issue. It’s actually a plus for a lot of people. For me, I like that feeling though and it helps me to know when the pre-workout has kicked in. It’s like my cue to start. But other than that, the taste is nice, the packaging was good, and the scoop size is okay. It reminds me of PreJym honestly.
