I decided to try out these potassium and magnesium supplement drops to mix things up from my usual pill routine. The pineapple flavor sounded tasty, and I liked that they were sugar-free. When they arrived, I appreciated the included measuring dropper, but it did take a little finessing to get the hang of dispensing the right amount without oversqueezing. The flavor was pleasant – not too sweet or fake-tasting, but definitely noticeable. Just be sure to give the bottle a good shake before each dose, as the liquid can settle a bit. One small quirk I noticed was that the label doesn’t provide a ton of detail on the ingredient sourcing, which would’ve been nice to know. I’ve been using this for a few weeks now. I’ve noticed no major changes, but that’s not a bad thing, because at least it’s not negative! I think this may be beneficial for some people, but your milage may vary!

I purchased this for my mom who was going thru chemo and radiation treatments which caused her blood levels to drop low. She takes infusions to increase her levels and I thought this could be an added supplement to help. It’s kind of hard to tell if this had any effect as she used this along with the infusions. However, her levels are steadily improving so I do think it may be helping or at least not hurting her progress.
