I previously got the Thread brand version of these as a gift, and I instantly became hooked. However, as it aged, it became stained and stretched out, and eventually it needed to be replaced. Instead of paying $10 for a single Thread branded one, I decided to give these a try. Overall, the quality is pretty similar. My main complaint is that these are slightly longer, causing them to get in the way when I try to put the lid back on my lip balm (I usually use Chapstick or Carmex brand). Either that or I’ll slide it down the other way and it’ll get in the way of the twisting mechanism to get more lip balm out. However, I’ve noticed that the longer I’ve been using it, it has been becoming less and less of a problem. So overall, much better value than name brand versions, and they get the job done.

These are simple, just cute printed wide elastic sewn into a tube shape with a plastic lobster clasp attached, And they’re perfect. There are three of them, not 100, so you won’t have a ton left over you don’t know what to do with. They clip onto whatever, or you can just use the clip to keep them from rolling off, like I do.

I got these for my kiddo who keeps losing her chapstick while at school-their super cute and so far have held up perfect!…it makes it easier to know they are hers and not someone else’s, it also fits around the chapstick we do use (Carmex brand which has a full tube cover) these work well. I did add a lanyard to one and a retractable cord to another to keep them on her if she chooses to at all times! (We have lip lickers dermatitis so it’s super important we have something for her lips at all time to avoid issues with a flare up).
