I loved this for my husbands over the counter medication. He was able to put his excedrin, Tylenol, ibuprofen and whatever else in them easily. They link onto your keychain so perfectly and his lunch bag. The only problem we had was that sometimes with excessive movement it can undo somehow on its own. Idk if it caught on to something and got yanked off but he had this happen twice but thankfully found the bottom end in his tractor. I haven’t had this problem at all with mine and I keep them on the outside of my bags. I love these for my med bags though too because I can just throw them into my first aid kit and not have to worry about light touching the medications or them getting lost or mixed up in the first aid kit. Very handy and you get so many for your money that it’s perfect for multiple uses. The colors are vibrant and even with my husbands bottom ones coming off occasionally (has happened only twice in months) the paint hasn’t chipped. The metal is light weight so it doesn’t add on to your keychains or bags either. I would say it’s a sturdy metal since I’m sure my husband kicked it around when it was loose and it rolling around in a tractor in general would have caused some dents at least if it was flimsy. Thankfully we didn’t have that problem here.

These cylinders are small but sturdy and can contain a small number of pills, breath mints, etc. The screw caps come with rubber seals to keep these waterproof and screw tightly down to avoid spills or leaks. The key fob is a nice touch as well, allowing this to be a handy addition to your house or car keys, clipping onto a purse or backpack, etc. I’d have given 5 stars if they were just a little deeper to accommodate more pills, but these are still awesome.

This is a basic small aluminum capsule with a keyring attached. They are threaded and have an O-ring to prevent moisture from getting in or out. The colors and finish is good quality and they look nice. I included a photo with the container on a business card in my hand for scale.
I recently had a prescription change that requires I take a dose at 1:00 PM. Since this falls during the workday, I needed something to keep pills in my purse. I also plan to use one to replace my old little ibuprofen bottle that I carry.
If this is what you are looking for, this is a good choice.

These are thin aluminum (?) or steel so they don’t bend which is good for
My purse and all the stuff in there. They are bright metallic colors so they stand out. There is a tight screw lid that hasn’t come open like the old fashioned pill holders with the little button that pops it open in my purse. Then it’s go fish for your pills.
I haven’t used it on my key chain so I can’t speak to that.

Got this through the Vine. These things can hold everything their mother, lol. I love that it can hold a lot more than the expensive full metal (fancy) ones I got. Super well priced, seals well, and perfect for traveling and on your keys, a must buy.
