I’ve been taking these for about a week now. Ive struggled with hormonal pustular acne for three years. My acne has gotten a little worse lately since taking them, but I’m assuming this is part of a purge phase. I will keep this review updated in the future if I see results. Stay tuned!
Update: a week later, the breakout definitely calmed down a bit a long with my skin. I’m not 100% clear yet. I still get a few little pimples, but they aren’t the painful deep ones anymore and they go away fairly quickly with my current skincare routine. So far so good….
Update: got my period yesterday and still broke out with some pretty painful cystic pimples around my chin. This stuff hasn’t been helping as much as I thought it would be. Changing my rating to three stars until I see better results.
Update: I ended up breaking out really badly during my period, even worse than I typically do. I stopped taking this stuff and my skin cleared up. These did not help me, if anything, they made my acne worse.
TLDR: Don’t waste your time. I want my money back.

I have used retina A and taken very good care of my skin. In just a few weeks, my skin has looked better than ever with just this product. My pores are disappearing and are clearing up beautifully. I’ve tried everything from cleansers, soaps, ointments, oils, creams, you name it. Everything changed when I came across these pills. My skin looks and feels amazing, I don’t get crazy flare up’s like I normally do, my skin stays clear for days. I don’t use much acne soaps or ointments anymore. This won’t change your skin overnight, so you’ll need multiple bottles to see results. I’m on my 5th bottle now and I’ll continue to purchase these.

I’ve been using this for about two weeks so results could still become better. When I first started using this my face I don’t want to say broke out but there for sure were pimples. To me that’s a good sign because that shows that it’s clearing things out. I should have prefaced this with that I don’t have much of a struggle with acne but I do have blackheads on my chin and nose with bother me. I have seen a small change there. Hopefully with more continued use it helps a bit more. I will say my skin has been looking happy. It seems like there is a glow to it or just a healthy complexion!

I use to get an annoying breakout here and there especially when I eat what I want over a weekend. I took this went on vacation and on a rampage eating whatever I wanted and when I came back I was like here it comes! usually by day 3 comes the breakouts but nope. Nothing!!! Now after couple of months I still have stuff happen but not at the same intensity and if a blemish comes out it goes away quickly.

I’ve been struggling with adult acne for the last several years and when I tried Accutane, it worked really well on curing acne but came with a lot of side effects (dry eyes, mood swings, anxiety) which my dermatologist told me to push through with but they were just so detrimental for me to keep going. So I stopped taking accutane and my acne came back full swing. So I did my research and decided to mega-dose pantothenic acid supplements and they helped a bit but still didn’t get the results I wanted. I still had ongoing pimples surfacing every other day and I was so tired of my skin. Then I came across this product and decided to give it a go. I’ve been taking this for about 2 weeks and I’m now starting to see the result. This supplement seems to be adding onto my already ongoing pantothenic acid regimen and giving me supplementary effect which I’m happy with. I’m not sure what it will be like to just take this supplement only without any other supplement. I’m also putting lots of effort on my skin — been using Clindamycin gel, nicinamide, zinc serums from The Ordinary, plus
more plant-based diet. All of these seem to provide compound benefit with this supplement. But I’ve seen the most improvement when I started taking these pills so I’d recommend if anyone wants to give something new a try without any harmful side effects.

I have been struggling with painful cystic acne that would last a month each time I get one. I have tried everything and this is the only thing that truly works. For the most part I have clear skin now and am so happy. Finally, a product that understands that skin issues are an internal problem and not just external. As an added bonus, I feel better overall too like it’s cleaning my insides up! No side effects for me.

It helped initially but stopped working so dropped it to 3 stars. Works but unfortunately for me, was not a long term solution. Stopped taking this few months ago. Was worth the try though!

I’ve been using this for about 2 1/2 weeks now. I can’t say I’m seeing actual results yet. I’m still hopeful that it will work in the coming weeks.
I take 2 a day with a meal and have been hydrating more as well. If it ends up working for me, I’ll change my review to 5 stars because that would be seriously impressive. For now, it’s hard to tell..
