My child was getting horrible diaper rashes when he first started sleeping through the night and nothing was helping. I saw an ad for this stuff and thought it can’t hurt to try it. Now I won’t use anything else. A little bit goes a long way so it lasts awhile. Would 100% recommend!

This product is zinc free and yet provides the same care to a rashy bottom as those that do. Like all diaper rash creams, make sure the area is dry before adding the buttbalm, or the rash could continue to get worse.
The smell is not a baby scent. It is spearmint. You can definitely smell it, but it isn’t too overpowering. As others have said, it spreads easily and a little goes a long way. It is also clear so you don’t get white on everything when the baby is wiggling and making it hard to apply.

My baby just turned 13 months and I JUST had to buy a new one. This bottle lasted forever, even using it every night. I put a little on after bathtime every night as a preventative and it worked wonders.
First one was given as a baby shower gift. Finally had to buy a new one.

This is a decent ointment to prevent diaper rash, but it isn’t what I would reach for if my baby had a moderate to severe diaper rash. It smells great though. It’s a thick consistency and a little goes a long way.

Works the same as every other diaper rash cream I’ve ever used. The difference with this one is it’s clear like Vaseline and doesn’t go on very thick.

I understand this works for so many others which is why I was willing to spend the money and had high hopes. BEWARE. Within 2 days of applying during diaper changes my 1 yo has the worst rash I’ve ever seen on him. Keep in mind, he is not prone to rash. I liked the idea of this product being lightweight and able to be used as a preventative. Saying I regret my decision to purchase this is an understatement. My poor baby was in tears yesterday he was in so much pain. I do NOT recommend.

My 16 month son had a very bad, cracked and bleeding diaper rash for about a week. We used butt paste, and it did almost nothing for him. So I finally caved and bought a $20 bottle of Butt Balm after seeing an IG ad. OH MY GOODNESS, I am so happy I let the algorithm control my purchases. My son’s little booty was all cleared up within 2 days!
