This stuff is great. Me and husband as first time parents used it every time we changed our son’s nappy and were quite perplexed at how messy it was as it leaves a yellow mark. We then realised its only to be used when your baby actually has a rash which he did have once and this worked like lightening, I was very impressed

This is a great product and it cleared up my son’s diaper rash in one day! It’s so effecient we still have more than half a tube. A couple of points for people that have never used it before. Read the instructions! You only need the slightest amount and should still be able to see the rash through the ointment. After applying, we put some A&D on top of that and it worked great in a day. Our nanny, on the other hand, couldn’t find the A&D one day and put this on him nice and thick like you would any other ointment and he promptly had a rash from over exposure. You only need a little amount until the rash is cleared up. It also shipped lickety-split to my son’s appreciation.

After my 7 month old son came down with a terrible case of diaper rash following his diarrhea, a colleague of mine suggested this product from the UK. Having been disappointed with all other creams I decided to give this a try. Within 1 day there was a remarkable difference and the rash was completely gone by the third day. The package itself arrived within a week of ordering and before the estimated date. One word of caution though, it did leave dark spots on my baby’s butt. But I do not care. I am thankful that he is no longer suffering the pain.
