i have been using this for my babies for 3.5 years now – a definite favorite for me! i use it on their booties instead of vaseline or aquaphor as well as on dry cheeks/lips, rashes, tiny cuts or scrapes, etc. amazing product.

This lotion seems to work well. Both baby and I have been using it. It is a thick consistency so it’s best used to spot treat areas or for overnight. It is still a bit greasy after rubbing it in. No scent.

After becoming a mom and washing my hands nonstop 24/7, my hands became SO dry that they my skin started to crack and bleed. I wanted a clean, nontoxic, unscented alternative to Aquaphor which led me to this and it is EXACTLY what I needed.
TEXTURE
Yes, it is a bit gritty but that’s expected if you’re looking for a thicker solution that will actually provide a moisture barrier for your hands. BUT it does not leave an oily residue like Aquaphor does so you can actually use your hands after applying!
SCENT
I am very sensitive to synthetic fragrances and use unscented on everything. This lotion has the lightest scent that is very pleasant so I don’t mind it at all.
EFFICACY
My hands are no longer cracked and bleeding ever since I began using this. I love that it’s formulated to be safe enough to use on my baby because that is so important to me now as a mom. If it’s safe to use on my baby, that is what I want to be using on me too.

The balm is great and has a thicker consistency compared to their earlier runnier version. The only issue I have is with their lid and how easily it breaks off. I can pop it back on however the broken connector is sharp and can easily hurt hands.
