    I workout quite a bit, and I use this powder in my “during” drink every time I hit the gym. It helps my muscles to recover much fast that if I just drank another common electrolyte drink (G), and since I’ve started with this stuff, I have not been so detrimentally sore that I couldn’t make it in the next day. It also tastes really good. Great stuff!

    Great product, I have purchased this multiple times. So far sour watermelon and blue razz are my favorite, with watermelon taking the top spot. Used it a couple times after spending most of the day working outside and it does seem to help.

    Pros:
    Great flavor
    2:1:1 BCAA ratio (only actively researched ratio)
    Great for hydrations.

    Cons:
    Expensive

    I love this product! Disolves easily and has great flavor (I have the mango peach one.) Can’t say if it does everything advertised but it makes me drink my water after workout so at least helps with hydration.

    Tastes good and works better! Due to health conditions, it is difficult to maintain hydration with workouts. Better for you than high sugar drinks. ❤️

    I tried to return it but Amazon says it is against their policy. I have used this product for years and like it but don’t want to use an opened item.
