First I would like to say that I am specifically writing this review because before purchasing it I saw all the complaints about a small amount in the container vs size of the container.
I purposely counted every day I’ve used this ( only missed 1 day since purchasing ). I am on day 33 and still have a little left . I would say I have about 3 days worth left . If you do level scoops with the scoop provided then you are getting what you have paid for and who cares how big or small the container is .
I’ve used their Collagen peptides on the past and seen the same type of packaging( size vs contents) but again you do get the amount of servings advertised.
The taste is a slight fruity flavor and I have no issues with the taste. I like it in cold water by its self.
The benefits of this to me is that I don’t have to take a pill which is difficult for me. It doesn’t leave an after taste and I am not reflex/burping it up throughout the day like other vitamins I have tried. I do need to eat a little something or have my protein shake within an hour or so or I will start to feel a little sick to my stomach since its the first thing I’m consuming in the am ( to stay on a routine ). I don’t feel any of the tingling sensation mentioned on the container so that’s a plus . Overall, I like this product and will purchase again.

The container is 2/3 empty when you first open it! Talk about utterly shameless shrinkflation! Instead of a normal scoop, you’ve got this itty bitty microscoop smaller than an infant spoon. It also tastes like a mix of rusty coins, ear wax, armpit, saccharin and other artificial sweeteners. I definitely won’t be buying more of this product and I certainly don’t recommend it.

I have nerve damage making swallowing pills very difficult. I have some crowns, so I don’t care for gummies. This has been an excellent way to get the vitamins I want in a pleasant-tasting liquid form. I’ve been using this for months, with no plans to change. There is a citrus flavored version as well, but I prefer the fruit punch.

I was looking for a vitamin mineral product in a powder form because I have a hard time swallowing pills. I was using another brand but ran out and the supplier was out of stock. So I started looking and found this one. It seemed to be a lot like the one I had already been using so I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did. I love it! The taste is really good. I drink a lot of Gatorade and I put it in that, in case you are wondering it’s Gatorade Zero, Glacier Cherry, anyway, it mixes perfectly and tastes great with it. It dissolves completely. The other one I was using never did completely dissolve and it always tasted powdery. Over all it has really made a difference in how I feel. The one thing that really sold me on this when I started taking it is a biggie for me. I have had major digestion troubles, so bad that the Dr. told me to take a laxative every day. I hate to do that but had to. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this vitamin supplement actually helped with my digestion problems. Since I started taking this I haven’t had to take that laxative at all. I will not be going back to the other vitamins I was taking. This is the one for me! I am so glad to have found it.

I have bought this item many times but now they made a big change to the ingredients. it is not shown on the amazon page but now the dose is doubled because they added a type of maltodextrin.
they call it digestive maltodextrin or it can be called Digestion-Resistant Maltodextrin.
I am allergic to it , so I can not use this product anymore.

First, let’s talk about taste. This tastes much less like a supplement and more like an enjoyable drink. Flavor is spot on.
The biggest difference is how quick this works. From day 1, I had more energy than I have ever had throughout the day. No afternoon pick me up coffee needed. This made an incredible difference in energy level. Not a jittery energy but a simple, noticeable difference in the way I felt throughout the day.
Yeah, there was some settling in the package but I have been in logistics my entire career and if they could package in a smaller package then I am absolutely sure they would due to high shipping costs in the industry . That tells me it truly is settling during the shipping process. Regardless of the settling, the correct amount is in the jar.
Excellent product. If you are looking for a great tasting, effective, pure vitamin supplement, look no further. I will never look anywhere else.
