The box came nicely packaged in a box with smaller bags that have even smaller packets of the powder. Given the current price, These little packets are a little less than $2 per serving. Each serving is individually packed and is easy to dissolve in hot water. I haven’t tried to mix it in anything but my morning cup of hot coffee , so i don’t know how well it mixes in cold to warm liquid. It dissolves and mixes easily in the coffee and i don’t really notice a change in flavor after adding. I can smell it when i pour it in and it does have a weird smell but it doesn’t transfer to the taste. I feel like it does absorb pretty easily because after i sip on this, I can feel some sensation in my head and face and it feels like a little rush. I only get that sensation after drinking coffee with the calmag. I’m not sure if that’s normal but it is definitely doing something.

This is a good deal as far as quantity goes. The box came a little crushed up, but the product contents were still fine. With something like this, you have to use it a little bit to see any of the results and I will be adding this to my tea tonight since it says it blends better with warmer hot water. I’m not sure how I feel about that. I feel like it Should dissolve and blend no matter what I put it in. But I’m going to give this a try at 51. And right after a broken ankle. My bone health is important to I hope this works over all. It’s a good deal. I just can’t review the results until after. I’ve used it for a little bit.

I added this to my 2nd cup of coffee each day, because that’s the one I tend to sip slowly over a longer period of time. It does dissolve easily in the hot liquid, and does not seem to change the flavor/taste of my coffee at all (even though it does have an odd/off scent in the package).
It’s impossible to say without testing, whether or not this is actually helping my calcium numbers.
Unfortunately because of the super high cost, I can’t see this being something I would be able to take on a regular long-term basis.

I wanted to like this supplement. I was hoping to have something i could just pour into water and get my intake of Calcium/Mag for the day, but you have to drink at least 2 packs to get your min. amount of magnesium, which is unfortunate. Also, the price tag for a 2 month supply (if you use one a day) is insane. Im sorry but it is. Especially when youre not getting enough magnesium. Quick and easy, yes, but the convenience does not outweigh the cost on this one.

This is an Gold Medal Award winning supplement in 2007 in alternative medicine at the 23rd INPEX Fair in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. So glad to be using this powerful calcium and magnesium supplement that dissolves easily in water and doesn’t have an aftertaste. I either sip on it throughout the day in my bottle of water or take it with a meal. One box contains six packs of ten Dr. G’s ionized cal mag single serve sticks. One serving stick contains 184mg of elemental calcium and 91mg elemental calcium. It doesn’t seem that much, but considering the high absorption rate, this makes all the difference. This is 100% ionized when dissolved in water. There are no other ingredients except apple cider vinegar. No preservatives, additives, and it is made in the USA. There are 60 stick packs in total and the box will last sixty days. It’s also manufactured in a cGMP FDA registered facility, and I’m very happy to be using this outstanding ionized award winning formula.

I’ve only been taking this supplement for 3 weeks, and have no way of knowing if it’s benefiting me or not without medical testing. But I can say that Dr. G’s Amazing Ionized Cal Mag by Nanowell is easy to use and doesn’t seem to bother my digestion. It’s a powder that needs to be dissolved in a warm liquid first, then you can either drink that liquid throughout the day and/or use it as an ingredient in other foods. Mixed with water, there really isn’t any difference in taste, just body. The daily value of calcium and magnesium included in each pack is very low (14% and 22% respectively) but presumably since it is more bioavailable I should be getting more benefit out of it than an equal amount of a less bioavailable supplement.

I don’t understand why if it is made in the USA it has chinese on it?!
This isn’t great. It’s costly for what you get and it doesn’t have a high concentration of either Magnesium nor calcium.

I had been taking calcium and magnesium in tablet form, but decided to switch to this for a while because of its purported better absorption rate .There is no way I can verify the efficacy of this product without lab tests and/or bone scans. It came with a two month supply in individual packets, which is convenient, but it does take up more space. I have a glass kombucha bottle that holds about 15 ounces. I filled the bottle halfway with tap water at the hottest setting. Then I put the lid on, shook the bottle vigorously and then filled it the the rest of the way with more hot tap water. It dissolved instantly with no problem. I sip it throughout the day. It doesn’t really have any flavor. It just tastes like mineral water. I honestly do think it’s a high quality supplement It’s just a bit I too pricey for me to continue taking long term.
