I’m so disappointed in the taste of this product. I bought the lemon lime. It tastes like ocean water.
I’ve had to dilute 1 packet with 64oz of water just to get it down. I hate the idea of wasting it because it’s expensive, so the next 30 days will be torture trying to drink it!

I was excited to try this as it does not have all the added sugars like some of the other brands on market I enjoy. But this is AWFUL. Like drinking salt water. I even tried 2-3 times the water but was still unable to drink it. The “brand” advertises a money back guarantee but Amazon doesn’t offer a way to do so. Total waste of $. Do NOT recommend. (And I NEVER wrote reviews if this gives you any indication of how bad it was for me to take the time to write this)

It has been roughly a month since I introduced Instant Hydration into my routine, and I can say, it has helped a lot. I feel more energized, been having better work outs, and feel overall more alert. IH has become an integral part of my daily routine. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week at 5AM and it can be hard to get “going”, but since I introduced IH, the game has changed. Also, IH tastes so much better than those other electrolyte drinks on the market. I have tried them all, and IH has the best variety, it doesn’t taste fake, and doesn’t leave any unwanted aftertaste. I have been encouraging all my friends to give it a try!

I have been using electrolytes for years. I usually use LMNT or ultima and love both. This brand boasts being better quality ingredients and shows that in the fact that they are more expensive than the other brands but unfortunately, I cannot stand the taste. It’s super salty, which is fine, but there is like a watered down hint of lemon lime flavor and then a horrible after taste. I tried mixing it with lemon in my water and also tried using less, but I literally gag when I drink it. I understand that tastes are subjective, so others may love it, but I’ll save my money and go back to LMNT or ultima.
It does dissolve easily in water, but so do the other brands I use. It may have a little bit better quality salts, but not worth it if I can’t even force it down.
