This Ultimate Electrolytes Powder Hydration Drink tastes pretty good. It’s easy to use, with the enclosed scoop. I really do not know if it does what it says, but it makes drinking lots of water, easier! However, and the downside… It leaves a sandy texture on the bottom of the glass, cup, whatever. You cannot get the whole thing to mix. You can use icy water, to hot water, tastes great, leaves muck.

Pros: the flavor is so strong that I need only half of a teaspoon for a 20oz of water. So the small jar last for a long time. Also, good product for the price.
It dissolves ok. Not 100% but sufficiently.
Cons: very little electrolytes per serving and considering that I put half, I get half the benefits.
The flavor is very sweet, very strong for me.
Also, it contains suclarose, an artificial sweetener. I wish it was stevia. I didn’t check before buying.
Overall: I will not buy it again.

stuff tastes fine, is cheap, and keeps you hydrated. downside is it seems that it doesnt all dissolve– my guess is its anti-caking silica. you can shake it to keep it suspended while you drink it, but it feels like youre guzzling a handfull of mudpuddle when you do that. odd sensation.
would love to hear back from the company if this *is* silica so I can just chug this, ignore that stuff, and move on with my day, rather than worry its some mineral that my body needs and I’m washing it down the drain.
