The mango flavor is amazing! Light and not overly sweet, so it’s easy to drink every day. I’ve been using this for a week and can already feel the difference. My energy levels are way more steady throughout the day, and I’ve noticed quicker recovery after workouts. Less soreness than usual as well.
It mixes well with water and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste or gritty texture, which is a huge plus. The packaging feels a bit bloated for the volume you actually get, but the quality is there. If you’re looking for something effective and great-tasting, I’d definitely recommend this!

Low calorie drink mixes tend to be hit or miss for me, but I am not really a fan of artificial sweetener tastes. Although this does use stevia, I can not taste it. The flavor of this is good, I had the mango lemonade. It is definitely not a weak flavor either. Diluting it to the recommended amount is a ton of liquid (16oz) so I usually opt for around 14 oz or even 12 oz. I do find it to do a good job, although I cannot say if its truly better absorption than competitors, but it does seem to have more electrolytes as per the label. I like that they have different mixes catered to sleep or calming, although I have only tried the restore version.

The mango lemonade flavor of the Restore hydration supplement by the Absorption Company is very sweet. It tastes great, but probably because it has 3g of cane sugar in it. There’s stevia in it, too, and the sugar helps mask that weird aftertaste you get with straight up stevia. It’s a little more sugar than I would like in a drink, so I split one pack between two 16 oz bottles of water so it less sweet and less concentrated sugar throughout the day. The powder dissolves quickly and completely when shaken well. In addition to the electrolytes, this supplement has lots of B vitamins so I get a nice pick me up from it. I always get heartburn from taking vitamin capsules with a lot of vitamin C and Bs in them. Not so with this drink, so its is a great alternative for those who have an issue. The only drawback is that there are only 7 sticks in the box for $24, a bit pricey. I’m guessing that’s because this is geared more occasional use or for athletes and those that need better hydration after intense workouts. I wish it had a little less sugar and was a bit more affordable so I could use it everyday.

Used these for workout recovery and during exercise. Taste was great and it restored my electrolytes well. This was one of the few drink supplements that had larger amounts of vitamins and minerals, potassium, and sodium while being low in sugar. For me personally I found it better in 32 oz of water as I prefer a lighter taste. Definitely would recommend this, but do acknowledge these are pretty pricey. I think these are best used for really long workouts or severe dehydration. Thanks for making a great and effective product.

The Restore Supplement – electrolytes powder packets arrived in a squished box. Perhaps at one time the box was sealed, but as received, pieces of the outer box had fallen off and some of the contents had spilled out. The expiration date is clearly marked on the packets, 05/2026. Each packet has 10.68g or .37 ounces. The powder was easy to mix into water, but needed some additional shaking to get it dissolved. I only used about 40% of the packet in 8 oz of water. It mixes up fairly well, but takes a little time to dissolve. The taste was similar to Gatorade, a bit salty, a bit sweet, but didn’t taste much like lemonade to me. The taste seemed pretty strong for only using an 8 oz cup of water, and less than half of the packet, but I am not a fan of sweet, maxium flavor drinks. I preferred to use about 1/3 of the packet with 12-16 oz of water.
The packaging on this should be a lot smaller. This box only had 7 sticks, but the box looked big enough to hold 20.

As a WFH ops manager AND a SAHM (Yes I do both at the same time.) Life is chaotic and exhausting. I needed a product to help me calm myself in my stressful situations, restore after a long night of breastfeeding or working out, and the energy to start my day as a super mom. I already see the value of having these products.

Wasn’t sure about Mango Lemonade as a flavor when I purchased it, but it proved to be delicious! I’ve used these both intra-workout and for morning-after recovery from some alcohol-heavy evenings. While I don’t have scientific evidence to prove it, I do think they made me feel better much quicker than Liquid IV or any similar option out there that i’ve tried in the past.

i gave these a try when my nuun tablets ran out. i felt noticeably more hydrated and just generally better when used after my tough morning workouts. and maybe even after a couple extra glasses of wine last night lol. tastes great and dissolves quick so i’m not chugging down crystals at the end of the bottle. nice to know i’m getting the extra supplement benefits as well.
