This beet juice tastes way better than some others. I originally bought some at a health food store. That stuff tasted like it had mud mixed in with the powder. I felt like all beet juice powder was going to taste that way. I bought this off of Amazon because it was priced about half of the health food store option. When I received it I skeptically tried it.
This stuff actually tastes good (and I hate beets). My kids will even drink some. It dissolves very easily.
I bought this to help me naturally control my elevated blood pressure. It really works. I can check my BP a couple hours after drinking this powder and it has already dropped and helps me maintain my BP until the following day. I use 2tsp per day in a 16oz water bottle.
I have had none of the caking issues other users have reported. I store it in my refrigerator, lid tightly secured, and upside down (as the manufacturer recommends) and it’s perfect every time I open it. I will note I am in the Southwest US, so it is extremely dry air down here. Humidity may be a contributing factor to other users problems.

Been buying this for about six months now. I love this stuff,it grows on you, at first I was mixing it with juice, mostly because I can’t stand the taste of beets. After a few weeks I started mixing it with water (it mixes a lot better with water) it tastes a lot sweeter than beets and isn’t nearly as hard to stomach. It will get hard over time, but I usually go through a bottle every month and a half and I don’t have any trouble with caking.

This taste so good without liquid. But my 1 star rating is because with time the beets will form together, it will be hard as a rock. I tried a knife, fork, anything sharp to break it apart, and it was just horrible. The company needs to replace the beets into a more reasonable jar that even if the powder solidifies, it can still be removed. I would look for a different brand for beets, but if you consume this within 2 weeks it may workout for you. But to keep it longer than 2 weeks is a waste of money. Too bad, I really liked the tatse.

I started drinking beet juice a couple of months ago to combat high blood pressure.I never ate too many beets in my life, and everyone online was complaining about the earthy taste. I dismissed the reports thinking I’ve never had a problem getting not-so-great-tasting food/drink down. I was so wrong…. I ordered a pound of generic beet powder from a health store. The cost was much lower than the ones sold on Amazon, and reviews indicated that it was pretty effective…. I made a mistake. I had a hard time getting it down. The earthy taste was intense, and the bag it came in kept it clumpy and a general pain to use. I took to Amazon.
The Pure Synergy beet powder just flat out tastes better. I’m not sure what they do differently, but the earthy taste is reduced and seems a bit sweeter than the 1st powder I purchased. Clumping was also non existant.
I did deduct one star for the jar… Beet powder is sticky, which causes the threads of the cap to get stuck or not screw on right. I found myself having to clean the outside rim with a warm washcloth after every few uses in order to keep the lid closed tightly. I hope this changes because I do plan on re-ordering.
I’ll be re-ordering, despite the higher cost than the first brand I bought. Worth it.

When first tried it, it did not taste good but after tried it a few more times it taste Okay now, I guess it kind of like an acquired taste. Found a shiny looking stuff on the powder, called the manufacture and was told it was a naturally occuring stuff from the beets. When asked about the best way to prepare it, was told to shake it or mixed it with smoothie. Don’t remove the silica gel desiccant from the bottle to prevent caking, and The best way to store it, every couple of days rotate the position of the bottle put it upside down(the cap on the bottom) to prevent the powder from settling and getting hard.(once the powder gets hard, there is no way to break it) and it really helps.
Can feel the product detoxify the body also lower blood pressure. Thanks for the great product that have great health benefits.

I tied putting a teaspoon in my almond smoothie. I didn’t enjoy it. I used it in my green smoothie and yup, a winner. Gives it a sweet taste. I feel less bloated since taking this. My system seems to be emptying more frequently which is a good thing. I took a teaspoon just like that to taste it. Very good! No problem with hardening like others say. I shake the bottle daily.

It tastes amazing… it gives me energy .. I absolutely love it .. add some onion powder and some lemon or lime and its so delicious… moisten it a bit and its just like eating candy I use it in water and in yogurt everyday .. i just went to reorder and it says they are out of it and don’t know when or if it will be back in stock I hope its back soon

Highly recommend … glass bottle! Research the company, Pure Synergy, small business which we should all support. We had used another ‘beet’ product a few years ago, very pricey. Researching natural Vit C powder this company ‘popped up’ – if we had an unlimited budget would definitely add more products. Beets are extremely healthy and this has not let us down after … a natural ‘get up and go’!! We are on a monthly mailing of this product direct from Pure Synergy (a little cheaper), but ran short after sharing with family. I add a small drop of liquid Stevia to my beet cocktail, makes it easier to drink 🙂
