Buying the powder is five times cheaper than the pill form. Japanese knotweed shuts down the inflammatory pathway initiated by the spirochetes (the bacteria in Lyme). Knotweed makes all herbs and drugs used to recover from Lyme’s disease more powerful. Fast delivery, good product, thanks! This stuff works. I would say this is fresher, finer, more effective, cheaper per use, has a richer musty density, and is more amber (vs cola colored) compared to my past purchases of capsules. It’s a great value for the $. I steep it in POM juice with other herbals. Unlike with other supplements, I’ve Increased this usage over time and the bag still lasted me a year. It’s an optimum sized purchase for me that I’m back again to repurchase. It’s kept well sealed, in & out of refrigerator. I bought it when I suspected I have lyme even tho my Dr’s all said I didn’t. It made my skin feel irritated like a sunburn from the inside, mostly on my back and arms and my back, which I came to recognize as a mild herxheimer reaction. I’ve since endured flat out flu-like misery when increasing all the Effective antibiotics and herbs I take, including this, but no pain no gain with serious Lyme! IMO this is a great tool to reverse the pain (in joints, muscles, injuries etc) caused by undiagnosed bacterial infections. No need to let buggers get out of hand. There’s a reason JK is well regarded- it’s a bully to the bullies. JK is part of the classic lyme protocol, as well as for my main coinfection of Bartonella. I was taking opioids for decades to deal with debilitating pain, and that pain is now GONE! I almost died of Lyme- you Must suspect Lyme on your own and see an LLMD to test and treat unless you have evidence of infection (which is rare)- mainstream medical will let you suffer and die; sorry, but it’s true, please pass on the info. No one believed me I was sick as the infection caused sepsis with vital organs failing, and then only my LLMD could save me. It’s been a tough, long journey, but my odds of getting back to a full life are so much better. Thanks Mother Nature!

I had their last batch of knotweed which was high quality product. This recent batch however tasted absolutely nothing like the last batch to the point i’m fairly certain (though not positive) it’s not knotweed and it was also a much finer powder than any other batch i’ve seen. I compared the taste and texture to Green Dragon Botanicals and Nuherb. Both of those tasted much like the old batch but entirely different from this one. I contacted the company and they told me the flavor and texture might be due to their new contamination standards. Apparently they don’t heat treat it as much as they used to. Would be believable if the distinct flavor of knotweed wasn’t better preserved in the old batch. Again i can’t say with certainty that the flavor profile of knotweed isn’t this diverse but it is very hard to wrap my head around how this product and the others might be botanically related. Knotweed has been likened to the taste of smoked bamboo and is very recognizeable and distinct. This product is very sweet, almost has the slight tongue numbing qualities of kava and leaves quite a distinct aftertaste from anything i’ve tasted. If you’re looking for bulk knotweed, at least for the meantime go with NuHerbs. Just received a batch from them that feels just like what i’m used to and instills confidence in the product.
