So I’m new to using this so I just followed the directions. 1 cup of water and 1 tsp. Of the powder. It does get kinda like a jelly pretty fast. It doesn’t really have a taste to it. Price was very good. Make sure to drink plenty of water.

Even being cheap, this husk powder is great. It’s an amazing way for my wife to add extra nutrients to her meals without altering the taste too much. You can tell this powder is really healthy🙌

The product was very easy to swallow when mixed I added it to my milkshake it went well with it couldn’t really taste the texture I used milk with it was worth my money as it’s packed in high fiber great quality and would buy it again

Got this psyllium husk per my veterinarian. Gave my dog bad gas I had to stop using it and switch to benefiber. No more stinky dog farts.

I wanted something without sugar or artificial sweetener and it didn’t disappoint. I like the flavor it contains but I’m not sure what it is. It reminds me of me of a tea that I’d tried before. It gels quickly compared to Metamucil but I’m willing to overlook it.

It’s fiber. There is nothing about fiber that doesn’t gel or thicken. Geesh…. the 1 star ratings are from people who dont know how to use fiber or understand the action of fiber.
I dont make it a habit to do reviews but this is a GREAT product! It does exactly what fiber is supposed to do and more! I use it in ALL my baking…grain free baking. It by far is better than most fiber out there in the fact that it does not make my breads or cakes brown. In fact it will lighten some of the flours I use.
Most other fiber brands darken the flours and products made. If I wanted color added I would do that. The fact that it is tested, non GMO, AND not processed in a facility or on equipment with other products-grains, makes it #1 in my book. When you have a lot of food allergies, intolerance, and autoimmune issues the quality of a product is the most important. The price is not bad either. I am a returning customer and as long as the product is true I will be a long time customer.
