The only thing is that the bag that it came in doesn’t have a seal so I just put it in a container that I have at home. I like the taste of this protein powder. I mix it with my yogurt and it’s delicious. It comes out a thinner consistency than when I use other casein based proteins.

Protein Powder is expensive….but it is also breakfast five days a week or more. I recently lost weight and was feeling sluggish and like I had also lost muscle (I’m a 54 yo female). I started making myself protein shakes as I realized my diet was too restrictive and I was not getting enough protein. I had originally started with one brand went to another and finally landed on this one. The value is there as to cost per serving/scoop. The flavor is surprisingly good and I feel good after I drink it. It does not negatively effect my stomach so its all good I am happy with this choice.
