I’ve used a few different products along these lines and there are a wide range! I’ve tried the cheapo variety and the super expensive. I’m sure everyone has their own needs and what they are looking for, but Raw Health really hit all of mine. The cheap products didn’t have the quality of proprietary ingredients that I needed. The expensive stuff did, but man $5 plus a serving was not doable for me. I came across this Raw Health and I’m really liking it. High quality but priced with the average consumer in mind. I’m surprised I’ve not heard of this before. My biggest praise is the ashwagandha. I’m not a doctor so I will copy paste why I like it.

Myself and my wife both like it mixed with almond milk or coconut water. You can really mix it with anything though. I use it for the mental and strength boost. My wife likes it for the collagen. I guess we both benefit from the improved sexual function 🤣🤣. I would say this is worth a try if you are shopping this supplement field or want to reduce your cost if using a more expensive brand.
