This combination of collagen peptides, marine peptides, bamboo extract, vitamin C and vitamin B6. While it is a good combination that supports hair, skin, and nail health, it does have a distinct gelatin flavor. It can be masked in beverages, but it will require being done. I believe I would prefer purchasing just collagen in the future, and adding Vitamin C or B as needed. It blends well in hot beverages.

At $55, this is extremely expensive for bovine collagen (I’m used to Costco-sized containers of Vital Proteins which are more than three times larger and a little more than half the price of this one). It also provides you with 118% DV of Vitamin B6 so be careful if you combine this with a lot of other supplements (I would prefer just the collagen on its own for this reason). This is manufactured in an FDA registered facility and “assembled in the USA” which probably means the collagen was processed in some other country? Overall, this is an ok choice if you want the Vitamin B6, but otherwise I’d recommend considering a collagen supplement that’s a better value than this one.

This dissolves easily into a smoothie and doesn’t have a strong taste. I can tell it’s in there though because it almost fluffs up the smoothie a little. Yes, you can mix it in with coffee or water, but like with other collagens, I just feel like I can taste it in those.
Does it work, health-wise? I’m not sure. I have tried this as well as other collagens, and I don’t notice a big difference in my hair, nails, or overall health. It’s said to be good for you though, so I guess it can’t hurt.
My other collagen (recommended by a health guru) is about double the size for this same price. So, I’m not sure this is a good value.

Want to say up front – this is not a vegan product but it doesn’t have milk either – a bonus for us.
The MIracle Cow Advanced Collagen Peptides Powder is exactly what I was looking for, in terms of a good collagen powder for our smoothies. It has a mix of vitamins that increase absorption of the collagen (such as vitamin C), and it’s more than just a collagen supplement with B6 and other things like, Hyaluronic acid to keep my skin, nail, and hair looking healthy.
It mixes well, and two scoops (included) are 6.6 g (6600 mg) of a collagen mix – beyond just collagen. i only wish the amounts of each were spelled out in terms of mg of each. ingredients are usually list in order of relative weight in the product. In this case the collagen peptides are listed first, so I’m guess that collagen makes up the bulk of the 6.6 g. most supplements I take include about 1 g per serving (1000 mg) and that is typically what I shoot for.
We added this MIracle Cow Advanced Collagen Peptides Powder to our smoothie this morning and it seemed to make our smoothie a bit creamier (although it is non dairy) and it didn’t impact the taste at all. It might also work well added to almond or oat milk – or regular milk – for even more protein.
Happy with this collagen powder for our smoothies, and will likely order it again.

This Collagen supplement has a yellow tinge and a mildly unpleasant smell. Once added to my morning coffee, the taste and odor are not noticeable, however.
Having tried many other collagen supplements, Miracle Cow Advanced Collagen Peptides Powder falls a bit short. I prefer Great Lakes collagen powder (unflavored) which is odorless, tasteless, white, and far less expensive. This product falls short in every category.

This collagen is a winner in my book for the following reasons: First it is multi-type, meaning that it has type two for joint health. Second it comes from grass fed sources, which is the best way to get it. As far as its performance, its dissolves easy in a standard shaker cup, I usually add some electrolyte drink and just throw in the collagen, give it a 10 sec shake and boom, you have a amazingly healthy drink. There no taste with this and you get a full 30 day supply. The only bad I see here is that the dose it 6.6 G not the usual 10G. Other than that its a great product.

The Miracle Cow Advanced Collagen mixes well in my protein shake and my coffee without adding extra flavor. It dissolves easily. I am trying this product to support my hair, skin, bones and especially my knees, shoulders, back and neck joints and degenerative discs. I will need to finish the product to see if I can feel the quality and effectiveness of it. This product has lost several stars as the shipment took over 6 weeks which is unacceptable.

Based on both the name, and packaging, I stupidly assumed this only contained bovine ingredients. It contains tilapia and snapper as well, which is very offputting. It smells terrible and I can’t bring myself to even try consuming it.
