After many months of severe constipation issues with my 1 almost 2 year old, I believe this may be the answer!
We have tried everything, chewable laxatives, probiotics, enemas, miralax and lactulose. We even did an endoscopy/colonoscopy because she was constantly in pain, night waking, crying, screaming and holding her belly.
She started this about 3 days ago when I noticed, once again, she was bloating more and more, and her tummy was hard and obviously backed up. Upon starting, she did experience some diarrhea within the first two days, however today was great! She is having major bowel movements now and the consistency is improving each time!
My suggestion, start slow like the other reviews say!
My little one is only about 25lbs, so I have given 1/2 scoop once a day, and I will probably take a break today since things are seeming to be moving well.
Flavor wasn’t an issue for her. I add a dash of apple juice inside to hide the flavor, but she actually seems to like it. (Although fluid intake has never been her issue.)
Also NO discomfort or pain like with miralax and lactalose! Both of those were a lot on her little body and she was miserable most of the time with side effects like extreme bloating and stomach pain.
Please, try this if your child is constipated! I’m hoping it will help you as much as it has helped us!

My 3-year-old struggled with constant constipation, and after trying numerous natural remedies with little success, we were feeling pretty frustrated. A daycare staff member recommended trying magnesium, which led us to this product – and I’m so glad we found it!
We mix a small amount with milk in the evening, and it works wonders. Just a tip: be sure to mix it thoroughly and start with a small dose, as too much can have the opposite effect (if you know what I mean!).
This has been a game-changer for us, and I highly recommend it to any parents dealing with similar issues!

My 5 yr granddaughter was not going poop she’s always had this problem. We tried everything natural and over the counter. Last time we had to take her to ER and we just didn’t want to do this again. We’ll I purchased this after exploring online gotnit today and within hours she went! Thank you Jesus🙏 we highly recommend this product and we will be using it in small doses regularly to keep her regular. Which wad recommend by the dr’s. 😄 we do know diet is part of the problem. This girl will not eat a vegetable to save her life. And I haven’t found a gummie with a flavor she will take. But we are working on it daily. Sorry for the long review but I have never been so relieved and happy with a product as I am tonight! 5 stars for sure!

Recommend cutting scoop in 1/2 or even 1/4 to start to see how it affects you as it worked so well.

I got the unflavored version which I was really excited about because for the first time ever I could give my son something to help him poop that wouldn’t cause him to raise a huge fit. WRONG!! The unflavored version turns whatever drink you put it in to turn a pale opaque version of whatever you give them. Lemonade turns into what looks like milk, soda ends up looking like melted gross popsicle again with milk. I honestly have no idea if the product works or not but I’m pissed that I spent $35 on a product that I can’t even try because it makes the drink look AWFUL. Don’t waste your time if your kids are sensitive to looks like mine.

What a great product. It’s reliable and easy to use. Mix with any drink or liquid puree for the kiddo in a medical cup and good to go. It takes a few days to work but when you do a full dose it works well! Everyday gets tricky because it becomes liquid and hard to catch. My autistic daughter does well on this product and has had no side effects unlike mirlax with the twitches.
Recommend starting at half the dose needed to gauge how you handle it.

I’d say the best way to hide this in a child’s drink is in something. This picture is mixed with water. No taste, just changes the color of water to white. Will update on how well it works!
