Typically my work was purchasing something like this for us but they were so sugary that they weren’t helping too much. While its still over 100 degrees where I work, these have really been coming in handy. They aren’t sugary at all either. If anything, I found that these were a lot more helpful at keeping my hydrated compared to what my work buys us. They easily pour into any water bottle or even tumbler if need be. Once I start shaking these up, they dissolve fast, faster than what I was using. The flavors that these come in surprisingly don’t have that artificial flavor too. My favorite is the raspberry one, actually tastes like I’m eating raspberries. More importantly, these really do keep my hydrated in this heat.

This is great supplement as an athlete. I train 4-5 days a week and find this to be a quality way to intake electrolytes. the profile is great and there is no sugar crash. Also quite easy to travel with.

These taste good, and have 4 different flavors. It is a pack of 16 and so much more cost effective and easier to have on hand than pre-made drinks. My husband carries these to work in his lunch box and they help him to rehydrate.

I ordered this electrolyte powder from Amazon Vine because I wanted to try something different to keep me hydrated without all the added sugar that I usually find in some sports drinks. I liked that this one is sugar-free, calorie-free, and came with a bunch of small packets that I can just toss into my water bottle when I am going out.
The variety of flavors like grape, lemon, raspberry, and strawberry made it more interesting to try out. It is easy to mix up, I just pour it into a cold glass with water or inside of my water bottle, I give it a shake, and I can drink. The flavors themselves are light and not sweet, which for me is good because I prefer my drinks to be on the milder side.
I noticed that it didn’t taste artificial or leave any weird aftertaste, which I’ve experienced with some other drink mixes before. Each packet has a good balance of electrolytes, and it feels like it does what it’s supposed to, especially after a workout or on hotter days when I’ve been sweating more than usual.
It has been a simple way to get a bit more refreshed without needing to drink a sugary beverage. The convenience of these electrolyte packets is probably the best part for me, because I like having a few with me when I’m out and about since they don’t take up any space, and all I need is water to mix them in. For something that’s easy to use and gives me a little variety with flavors, this mix has worked out pretty well for me so far.

I have tried a *lot* of different hydration powders, and I really like this one. It came at a really opportune time as I was outside repairing a fence and sweating a lot. Decided to try these on the way in and was pleasantly surprised.
The Good:
* They did the trick as I was starting to cramp up in my hands. Within 30 minutes the cramping was gone.
* I’ll admit I was out for too long without drinking anything and I was getting light headed. Sometimes water is sufficient, but the oncoming headache wasn’t going to be fixed by just water. Within 10-15 minutes the lightheadedness and oncoming headache were gone.
* 0 Sugar and 0 Calories
* Not really very sweet, which is fine because you don’t want to overdo.
The Meh:
* Not dinging them a star, but know that it’s really not sweet and right on the edge of being “salty”. Not bad, but don’t be surprised by it. It’s not Gatorade or PowerAde if that’s what you are hoping for.
The Bad:
* Nothing so far, very pleased.
The Verdict:
In short, the price isn’t bad ($15.95 for 16 pouches so, $1 each) for what you get and the flavor at least of the lemon is better than a lot of others. You know it’s lemon without puckering. Does the job and for me did it well and quickly.

o-sugar electrolyte powder works well for hydration. However, I thought the fruit flavor would be more intense. The packets are large but not filled to the top. It’s a bit weak in taste but it does the job for hydration.

I thought this electrolyte powder tasted good. It was easy to dissolve in a glass of water. I thought the flavor was nice. I like that it. It comes out a variety of flavor so you can pick different ones each day. Felt pretty good to drink afterwards. Overall, they seem like pretty standard electrolyte powder mixes. I was happy with the flavor and the taste.

The powder is easily dissolved and helps hydrate well. There is no sugar and the flavor is not sweet at all. More akin to flat flavored sparkling water rather than Gatorade.
I would have preferred a stronger flavor but it does work. Strawberry and Lemon were more natural than other two.
At the price of 1.25 per stick, it is on the expensive side. There is a 40% discount on subscribe and save as of today but if the reduced subscription price were the regular price, I would have rated it better.
