I can’t explain how or why but this product makes a noticeable difference in skin texture. I personally think that a lightbulb goes off after using for over a month or two and you just realize it’s this collagen that has made such a marked difference. There are so many ingredients so I would attribute it to composition not so much the Hyaluronic Acid as it is the last ingredient, probably least in quantity. Though, I believe in conjunction with the other awesome ingredients it makes a glowing difference. I adore the tasty vegan product and appreciate the clean formulation.

Firstly, I want to address that this isn’t actual collagen powder. It’s a bit misleading if you’re reading the product title, which clearly states “collagen powder” and “collagen supplement.” In actuality, this product contains no collagen, but contains several compounds that are supposed to help your body boost its own collagen production. I realize this might be a good option for vegans, who can’t take real collagen supplements, but it should be more clearly labeled. Regarding the product itself, I have to say it’s not my favorite. I got the “hint of vanilla” flavor, and though it’s not awful, there’s something about it that’s really off-putting to me. I’ve tried it alone in water (probably the least awful, I chug it so it’s over with), mixed into protein drinks, and mixed into coffee, and no matter what I cannot mask the aftertaste. It does mix into drinks well (I use my battery powered frother to break up any clumps) with no noticeable change in texture. Overall, I probably won’t be using this daily. If you’re vegan, it might be worth a try, but based on other reviews I might recommend a different flavor.

I have been buying this for 4 years (go back through reviews and you will see from pictures that the flavor used to be strawberry lemonade) which was great and I enjoyed hot or over ice…. Forward to now they changed the formula and the flavor to a gross watered down barely there vanilla product that clumps and no longer dissolves properly – very misleading and disappointing Plz bring back the original

– This mixes well. I always mix this in warm/hot water (because it dissolves better) and then I add ice cubes to cool it off.
– The flavor isn’t great. I thought it tasted like Cheerio water (if that was even a thing lol). My boyfriend couldn’t decide if he liked it or not. He wasn’t able to identify the flavor until I told him. He then said, “it taste ok I guess…” but he had a sour look on his face while he said that lol

I love some of ingredients in this. I have had fabulous success with tremella mushroom powder helping the texture of my skin. The antioxidants and hyaluronic acid have also been very helpful to me. I’m not so wild about the lemon in it since citrus can be problematic for me but so far this hasn’t caused any problems.
If this were marketed as a skin improvement powder, I think most of us would not be so surprised that it doesn’t contain collagen. Since there is no vegan collagen source that I’m aware of (assuming eggshells don’t count as vegan) I can understand why this powder was made as a substitute of sorts. But the label is obviously misleading to most people.
My other problem with this is that even though it is manufactured in an FDA-registered facility, there is no third party testing on this. As we are seeing all over the news, we can’t trust supplement companies to test their own products. We need reliable independent testing from reputable third parties in the U.S.
While I feel this is safe enough to use and think it will continue to give benefits to my skin, I wouldn’t purchase it again without that third party testing.

This vegan collagen powder is fantastic for hair, skin, and nails! It tastes fine with just water, but amazing in smoothies. I’ve noticed a positive difference in my skin and hair. Overall, it’s a great supplement for those looking for a vegan collagen boost.

My skin looks and feels smoother after finishing the tub. The flavor is also delicious. But I use more water because the taste is too sweet so I have to dilute it more. It is easy to mix using a shaker with spring. It taste better with lots of ice
