I’ve been using the Nature4U Multi Collagen Peptides Powder every morning for about three weeks now – two scoops stirred into a cup of coffee. In just three weeks I’ve noticed a huge difference in my fingernails and a less noticeable difference in my skin. My nails are growing much faster, and they’re hard as rocks. I can’t get over the difference. They’re normally long but they’re much longer than they normally would be in 3 weeks time, and they’re not peeling the way they usually do. They look and feel great. As for my skin, I have a habit of raising my eyebrows when I’m excited, either angry or happy, which has resulted in me having lines on my forehead that even makeup won’t hide. I’ve noticed that those lines and some fine lines near my eyes are becoming less noticeable. It’s like my skin is plumping up a bit, in a good way. I’m hoping to eventually see results in my hair, too. I’ve taken collagen supplements before but they were pills and I never noticed as much of a difference as I have with this powder. I’m truly amazed and thrilled with these results, and will be back for more when I run out.

This is a good price for a pound of multi type collagen and some other added nutrients. The marine collagen usually puts these products out of my price range, but this one is priced fair. It’s a proprietary blend so you don’t know the amounts of each type of collagen, but that shouldn’t matter as it’s all collagen. The vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid are good for repairing the skin from the inside. I didn’t notice a fishy odor with this one and it dissolved well in my coffee. It’s got what you need and the price is reasonable. The dose is 2 scoops , but you can use it twice a day as 20g is a typical dose. Try it !

I ordered this for my elderly mother who struggles with joint issues, hair loss, brittle nails. This is very easy to use as it can be added to soup, smoothies, hot or cold water etc. Flavorless and has not had any negative effects. Nice, large container with scoop! Sealed well too.

The item arrived as described, no issues. All safety seals were intact and it had an expiration date of 12/27.
Serving size is two scoops total servings per container is 50. The collagen powder is flavorless and has no smell. Powder is easily dissolved in liquid and combined with other items such as protein powders. Ingredients wise I saw nothing listed on the label that would cause me concern or not want to consume. I like the fact that it contains both collagen and biotin. The amounts listed on the supplemental label in my opinion are adequate. The multiple types of collagen are listed as a complex with one single amount.
Overall, while taking, I had no adverse reactions. I took the collagen combine with protein powders, and in hot chocolate.
As a whole, I feel this is a very good product. It met my expectations and allowed me to meet my dietary goals. I feel the brand can be trusted to provide consumers with a quality product. I would/will continue to take this product and I would recommend to others. It is a good value.

I mix this with almond milk and put my colostrum powder in at the same time. (mixing the 2 powders together first helps the colostrum mix better) It dissolves pretty quick and has no taste and has caused no stomach upset or reflux even with 2 scoops.
It’s hard for me to find products my stomach will tolerate and I will be buying this one again.

For a few years now I’ve been using collagen products in different forms, including capsules, gummies, and powders to be mixed in shakes, such as this.
This is an unflavored powder that includes five types of collagen, which is fairly common: bovine, chicken, eggshell, and marine collagen. My overall favorite is marine collagen and I sometimes try to get formulas that are exclusively marine, but those tend to be pretty pricey. As an alternative, this blend is fine.
This formula also contains a nominal amount of vitamin C (50 mg), as well as hyaluronic acid, which is a great moisturizer. There’s also a pretty significant dose of biotin, which is among my favorite supplements (2350 mcg). I consider the biotin to be a great bonus: it’s excellent for the hair, skin, and nails.
I’m really glad that this comes in a canister rather than a resealable bag. I find canisters more convenient.
Using two scoops per day, this 1.1 lb (500 g) bag will yield 50 servings, which in my experience is very good: Recommended.

I like this collagen powder. I’ve been having it in tea, and it dissolves entirely. I do feel like it leaves a faint flavor, so I’ve been trying to use stronger flavored teas, and I only use one scoop at a time (a serving is two scoops, which seems like a lot of powder for one cup of liquid). I like that it has 5 kinds of collagen and a protein boost. I do wish it didn’t have such an incredibly high dose of biotin, as most people aren’t deficient in biotin and I don’t know that having more vitamins than necessary is better. I’ve been using this for a few weeks and haven’t seen any improvements in skin, hair or nails, but I plan to continue as research seems to indicate there is some benefit to collagen powder, and no downsides.
