Tastes like oats since they don’t use just fruited mushrooms they use the mycelium cakes which are byproduct that should be used in gardening not your matcha. No oats in matcha why brown. I had no relieve from arthritis which I normally do. Skip anything that is all filler like this. Made my other brand and had relief. Skip this filler brand even says on bottle that not filler but use oats and mycelium cakes in product which are actually filler for mushrooms you want. Lacks anything other then matcha flavored oats drink in my opinion

Originally bought this at whole foods after hearing all the rave of mushroom tea. I was reluctant to mix it with water at first thinking it wouldn’t be sweet enough. Tast great mixed with water or milk! Does settle at the bottom so towards the end of my cup I usually dump and brush my teeth! As far as feeling any different. Well it’s too early to tell! But getting ready to start my second 30 days of it.

I’m not a fan of the additives, like the additive flavors and sweeteners.
Also, the original product advertises different ingredients than the product I received. Notice that Matcha tea is listed 3rd on my bottle but the original ingredient list places it 2nd. It’s important because ingredients are listed from greatest quantity to least quantity.
Flavor is okay but not like true matcha. Too many other flavors competing.

I make this and add about an inch and half of milk to it. I just stir it with a spoon and occasionally stir it while drinking so it doesn’t settle. I tried the immersion blender and im not qualified obviously as i showered the kitchen and not much was left in my cup! Spoon works just fine!!! It is good, so honestly it doesn’t sit for long! I don’t think it needs any sweetener as its good just the way it is.

Dissolves well in hot water. I drink it for the health benefits. Unfortunately for my most recent order I received a box of 10 packets (2.82 oz total) instead of the 8.47 oz canister which is what I selected. Hopefully the canister size is not discontinued.

1 – Quantity – It’s listed as 30 servings. I used a leveled measuring tool every time I served myself, and my container had 21.5 days worth of product.
2 – Flavor – My first impression was that it tastes like matcha with a hint of coffee, or matcha “but bitter and dark.” It’s not a bad flavor. I don’t like mushrooms, and I ordered this product as a way to have the health benefits of mushrooms, and to include them in my gut diversity. It still tastes enough like matcha, and after 3 weeks, I’ve grown to desire the flavor of this product. I drink it with a tbsp of oatmilk creamer.
3 – Quality – The texture is great. It dissolves quickly in hot water when stirred with a spoon, and almost instantly if you stir with a frother. Compared to RYZE, this has the mushrooms that matter most.
4 – Value – It’s meh. Not getting 30 days is disappointing. It says full price is $39.99, but at the time of my purchase, it was only $24 for the subscription price. $24 for 21 days of product is $1.14 per serving. I’m more than content with that. Even if the price goes back up to $40, for 21 days, that’s $1.90 per serving. I’m buying extra while it’s on sale, because I do really like it.

I have purchased this product at least 6 times now. I mix it with a high quality matcha in plant based milk and the product always made it taste sweet enough to where I did not have to add anything else to it. It was perfect. Then this last time I got the product, I noticed the packaging was slightly different. I didn’t think much about it, but my god when I tasted it, it was SUPER different. It didn’t taste sweet at all. It was pretty nasty. I noticed they changed the ingredients and no longer had the maple sugar powder which I think is what made the original so perfect. Not only was I disappointed that the whole product tasted bad, but they didn’t update the changes online so I didn’t receive what I thought I was buying. Only because I can’t find similar products I will keep repurchasing and I guess have to add my own sweetener. I mostly use it for the health benefits but was really happy the original product was healthy but also tasted good. Now it’s just healthy….
